Dr Koontz, did my cervical fusion and my lumbar fusion 10 yrs ago. He did a wonderful job. Every Dr that has looked at my films over the years remarks on how good the work is. Sadly, as with mostsmost injuries, they are progressive and I don't live in Oklahoma anymore to see him or I definitely would. Very kind and understanding.

Performed cervical fusion. Good results. Great Dr. Listens and takes his time to explain everything. He also did lumbar fusion as well. Best of all the Dr's I saw.

Dr. Koontz has been a great doctor, after seeing many orthos and neuros. He has been upfront and honest with me and surgery expectations. had cervical fusion and he was great, getting ready to do lumbar fusion and I totally trust him. HE IS ONE OF THE FEW WHO WILL NOT SEE OUT TO WORKERS COMP. which says tons to his character.

Dr. Koontz stood up to workers comp and told them what I needed to have done, not what they wanted to hear like the previous dr. that is a bought and paid for. Dr. Koontz treats patients appropriatley regardless of pressures from insurance and WC.
