Dr. Hancock is a wonderful doctor! She is my moms doctor and is always helpful and extremely gentle and caring. She lestens to my imput and has a real 'take charge' attitude...when she sets wheels in motion, things get done! I wish I could have her for my doctor as well.

Professional, polite, not condescending or patronizing. Appears to recognize the limits of modern medicine and appears appropriately conservative in her approach to treatment. She does take time to listen to patients and respects their input. All said, she appears to be an excellent physician who really appears to ascribe to the tenet of "first, do no harm".

To date, Dr. Caroline Hancock has been very good to me. She helped me through some tough times and is always compassionate, pleasant, understanding and listens to what you have to say. So far, I have no complaints whatsoever....except it's difficult to get in to see her....extremely busy lady.

I think Dr.Hancock is the best doctor there is!! I had a few concerns about myself, and she made sure that I was not concerned anymore. She gave me some tests that I probably did not need some of them. But the main thing is that she made me feel better about myself. She is the best doctor and Im so glad that she is mine!!

She's always trying to help you the best way she knows how, even if it means lots of test.

I was in a great deal of pain and was very sick when I saw her and her way of "helping" was to send me to a social worker to talk about stress and to a nutritionist to talk about what to eat. What a complete waste of everyone's time. I had to wait two months to see the social worker (and the nutritionist unknowingly gave the worst advice for someone with my disease, but because I wasn't diagnosed properly yet, I can't fault her for it). Yes, I was stressed, but only because Dr. Hancock treated me like a child whose symptoms were psychosomatic. I finally found a doctor in Kentville who got me in to see a specialist immediately and I was diagnosed within days and feeling better within a week. Both of those doctors correctly "guessed" my diagnosis before the first lab test results came in. So I feel Dr. Hancock prolonged my wait in the system, allowing me to deteriorate further, and didn't help me or my family at all by making us think it was all in my head.
