I was there in person and it was all good. phone call from the Dr was also good and punctual. He stated that his office would be in touch. they never called and will not answer the phone or return calls. man, many tries and no return call even after requesting one several times.

Terrible management! Staff actually told me they will never answer the phone. Dr states the office will be in contact and they never do. Never returned any of 10 phone calls in 6 months trying to get an appointment. I begged to get a return call. absolutely disgraceful for a professional facility to be run this way.

The Dr may be OK but the staff is totally incompetent. Continually told “you will be contacted by my office” Never happens. Only answering machine. Never return calls. This is a complete joke as a medical facility.

He was good but his nurse was very rude, condescending, and belittling. I hope I never have her again. She didn't even give me her name. Or even say what her status was. I would like to make a complaint to her licensing body but no one at HSC knows who she is. Very poor communication. Thankfully the doctor was very professional and skilled.

I have bulging disks in my lower back and having treatments for the incredible pain they cause. Dr. Intrater is one of the best. His kindness, listening, and very good abilities to supply you with information and treatment suggestions that work is fantastic. I have my treatments done in Brandon under his clinic here, the staff is fantastic as well. I Don't understand the negative reviews other than some people don't want to follow knowledgeable advice and take care of themselves. Keep up the great work and you can never retire.....
