I've read all the reviews, forums, youtube videos, everything. I thought to myself this can't be true. All these positive results and comments can't be real. They are too good to be true! So I was a bit skeptical when I went to see Dr Smith. After I met him I thought okay he is a nice kind and very knowledgeable man. That part is at least true. I saw 2 other plastic surgeons (oh yeah! he's not a plastic surgeon. Dr Smith is a ENT doctor who does plastic surgery). I wasn't impressed. They did other surgery than just rhinoplasty and didn't take the time to give me the whole picture. After a lot of thinking and more reading I went ahead. My surgery was just before Christmas. The surgery was a breeze! The expected bruising hardly happened and the swelling was manageable. His office has it down pat. With all the follow up phone calls, early visits and quick replies to my emails, I felt well taken care of. I'm very happy with my new nose. \\\it goods good and breathing is great. My nose isn't perfect. Another thing I really liked about Dr Smith is his honest approach. He made it very clear I couldn't have the perfect nose, but a way better one that I had. In the end that's what I got. My nose isn't 100%, but what a difference! My time is coming to an end with Dr Smith, I've one more visit at a year out and we are done. My final conclusion is, it's all true! He is the best. He has the process down pat, his office team is effective and efficient, he's an amazing surgeon and produces the results he says he can deliver.

Extremely talented surgeon! Our daughter had a severe broken nose as a young child and when she was old enough we were sent to Dr Smith to fix it. Not only is her nose now straight and she can breathing again and has stopped snoring, her nose looks better than before her injury! He was very kind to her and made sure we knew what to expect. I will be forever grateful to Dr Smith for helping our child. He is a good person.

Dr Smith is nothing short of a miracle worker! I have unfortunately had multiple rhinoplasties by different plastic surgeons who were well meaning but each surgery just made my nose worse and worse. I was refused further surgery by one of the top surgeons in the city that my last surgeon sent me to when he said he had done all he could. I refused to accept it and through my own research found Dr Smith. He looked me over and said I had a very complex and damaged nose and he could make only some improvement. I still went ahead because I was determined to fix my messed up nose. Even he was shocked by how good my nose now looks!! My surgery took all day and he used some of my rib to make a new nose! My breathing is unbelievable! I'm now 3 months since my surgery and I wake up each morning and thank God and Dr Smith for fixing my botched nose.

I found Dr Smith through a another doctor. I see a plastic surgeon for botox needles to maintain my youthful appearance for a few years. I finally decided to get enough nerve to ask him about my nose. To my surprise he said I had a complex nose and he referred me to Dr Smith! With that type of recommendation I felt confident enough to go ahead with my surgery. That was at the beginning of the year and I'm healed enough to say with assurance I did the right thing. My 'complex nose' looks beautiful and fits perfectly with my other features. Dr Smith is a doll and it's obvious he knows it all regarding rhinoplasty. He should, as it's all he does! I'd like to thank my 2 doctors for making me so happy! Dr Smith for doing such a great job and my plastic surgeon to sent me to him (and with who I'm going to continue with my botox and fillers)!

I've been meaning to write a review for quite some time. I had rhinoplasty surgery over a year ago by Dr Oakley Smith. The results are beyond my dreams! I never expected my nose to be this good and for my breathing to be so open! I thought I had normal breathing before my surgery but didn't realize what it could be like. I will be forever grateful to Dr Oakley Smith for his skill and expertise.

I'm happy I went with Dr Oakley Smith. I now have a beautiful nose which I've wanted for a very long time. I decided he would be my doctor because I liked that nose jobs is all he does. Great doctor! From start to finish Dr Smith was a true professional. He listened, gave his opinion, performed my surgery and monitored my recovery. He did a fantastic job! I can breathe well and I'm more than happy with how my nose now looks! I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing rhinoplasty.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Smith. I now have the nose I have always dreamed of. His office team is fantastic and the although I can't say I enjoyed the process, it was better than I had expected it to be! Dr Smith is clearly at the top of his field and probably the best plastic surgeon for nose jobs in the city if not the country!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Smith and undergoing revision rhinoplasty last year. The whole experience was excellent. Dr Smith is a highly skilled surgeon able to take my botched nose job and rebuild it to where it looks and functions normally. I'm sorry I didn't use him the first time! Since he only does rhinoplasty I'll have to go elsewhere for my other cosmetic needs. However if you're in need of cosmetic nose surgery, then he's the surgeon to see. I had a great result with Dr Smith. It's exactly what I've always wanted! Before my surgery we went over what I didn't like and what I wanted in detail. Dr Smith even gave me percentages of success. I liked the fact he was so honest and took the time to explain everything. I was still scared the day of surgery! What if my surgery goes all wrong? But it didn't thank God! My nose is very close to what we had agreed on. I had another scare cause my eyes swelled almost shut soon after my surgery! But Mandy was quick to reassure me it was all going to be alright. I was very thankful, particularly as she texted me over the weekend! So all in all it was worth the money and misery!! Dr Smith and his team made it as easy as I guess is possible. Thank you Dr Smith (and team!).
