I am absolutely delighted with my new very natural and more youthful version of my self. I look fresher, younger and totally natural. I do not look like I have had ‘work done’, which is what I hoped for. Also having had the laser resurfacing has resulted with my skin now looking fabulous. I am so happy with the results.
As Dr De Silva only specialises in facial and neck surgery he is truly a master of his craft. A very talented artist. I would 100% recommend him without hesitation. He has a calm and charming manner, he is smashing person.
Dr De Silva is an extremely skilled very experienced and an amazing facial plastic surgeon.
Also the post-operative care treatments included, the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the LED red light therapy to help speed recovery are an added excellent bonus.
The clinic is very warm and welcoming and relaxed, plus everywhere is always spotlessly clean.
All of his staff are truly professional, empathetic and kind. The nurses are wonderful and skilled experts in their field. They were able to answer any questions I had. Such marvellous care was taken of me, it’s tremendous. Absolutely everyone at the clinic are fabulous.

Had blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty with Dr DeSilva and it was a great experience throughout. He was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. The surgery went great and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of surgeon or the outcome. Not only was he great but he has the most wonderful staff! Everyone there made me feel welcome and valued (thanks for everything Sarah!), and the nurses took great care of me. Just an amazing group of people. I would absolutely come back again.

Dr Julian is the best of the best. I went to him for a blepharoplasty and chin implant - my first operation of any type, and everything from start to the the finished results are simply amazing. My friends who knew I was getting the surgeries and were more experienced with surgeries themselves said how incredible and fine Dr Julian's work is and how there was a lot less swelling or bruising compared to what we expected, given the invasive nature of the procedures.

He has an amazing aesthetic eye, and the results are so natural. Everyone at the clinic are so kind and helpful too and always give me a warm welcome, and the nurses and Dr Julian always checking in on me even months and months after the surgery. I healed so quickly too as I had a whole pack of specialist medication.

Dr de Silva is totally passionate about what he does. His attention to detail is reassuring so I knew I was in safe hands. He made me feel comfortable about my procedure and I absolutely love the results. His team are truly professional and welcoming, so it made my journey so much better. I had researched consultants specialising in Afro Caribbean rhinoplasty and was a little anxious about the whole process. Dr DeSilva put me at ease instantly with his calm and reassuring manner. At the consultation stage he took his time explaining what was going to happen.

The sedation /surgical procedure went smoothly and l had very little bruising afterwards. His surgical skills and artistry, has given me a natural looking nose, which was what we discussed. I would thoroughly him and his caring staff who looked after me.

There aren't adequate words to describe how brilliant Dr DeSilva is, from beginning consultation where he took his time explaining everything that would happen to end of surgery which went exactly as he had previously stated. He is very skilled, top notch surgeon with a kind compassionate heart that is 100% genuine plus his staff, nurses Josie and Kelly were gentle caring kind and Sarah office Manager sweet, endearing personality throughly explained paperwork, costings.
I had rhinoplasty I have exactly the nose I wanted, subtle and natural as discussed previously with Dr De Silva, he did not disapoint, I am at 6 weeks post op, I had very little bruising which went away in a week, very small amount swelling, 80% of the numbness has already gone, I am overjoyed at the result, I intend to have more work done with him, I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else, I found the very best surgeon, highly recommend

I would like to share my amazing, in a way surreal experience whilst being Dr De Silva's patient. As anyone considering a rhinoplasty/alarplasty I did my extensive research. I knew very well that it would be a challenge to achieve the result I wanted as being of asian origin I naturally have a thick skin. I am so much grateful to Dr De Silva for his professionalism and patience in answering my endless questions... The day of the operation went more than perfect - I did not have ANY pain, swelling, bleeding, bruises.. only a few black stitches around alar base.. Although I have been warned that it may take time to see the effect of the operation, I saw my new dream nose the minute I woke up!.. It was such a great feeling of relief, I am SO MUCH pleased with the result, years of my dissatisfaction are now behind, it was such a successful performance!!. BRAVO, Maestro!.. My sincere gratitude and BIG THANK YOU to the team, Sarah, Josie, Kelly. Wishing you all every success in the years to come!!
