A real educator. I hope the health care system doesn't quash her passion.

Dr. Krantz is super - considerate, knowledgeable and thorough. Biggest downside has always been the terrible receptionist whom has since been replaced. Yay....!

It was an emergency visit, not scheduled ahead. Doctor Krantz was very attentive and patient, knowledgeable, diagnosed my problem, and provided referrals.

The new receptionist is a breath of fresh air.
We are looking forward to seeing Dr Krantz. For all of those posting horrible things. It’s time to move on. She tries her best.

If people feel the need to berate their clinician, they should have the courage to show their name. Dr. Krantz is a blessing to the profession. Caring, Kind, respectful, does housecalls, what more do you want??

I have not been able to see or speak to DrKrantz in over 2 years, the RPNs are nice when you can book a telephone appointment, but I expect my primary care physician to at least return my calls.

Booking on the phone is difficult, the reception is rude and unhelpful. When you do get in Doctor is helpful tho you wait up to an hour to see her.

Perhaps you might consider that Dr. Krantz has her own health realted matters?
Perhpas its about your safety and hers. Dont be so fast to judge
