Dr. Barr's medical knowledge, desire to help, and pleasant disposition are above reproach. His loss to his patients, is a blow to general practice care in London, which it can ill afford. The dual punishment of both of the above is excessive, and the work of those who are probably far less useful and would be well advised to reconsider. G.W.S Patient

Dr. Barr was a great person. My doctor for decades. Miss him. Just before he retired I unknowingly had a major heart attack and the new doctor left me without medical help. But I'm still alive..no thanks to him. You have to be your own advocate to survive.

Dr. Barr is an amazing doctor and the most caring person. I am so grateful to have had him as a doctor for my family and I all of these years. I wish him a wonderful retirement.

Myself and my 2 adult children are missing Dr Barr terribly. He was amazing. We have been with him since he was in Lambeth. Sad this new Dr did not take that into consideration when he hand picked who he wanted to take on as a new patient. He dropped only 50 patients apparently. Random they say. My whole family? Sounds reasonable right? Btw the rating I am giving is based on the new Dr since Dr Barr is no longer practicing.

Dave has been my physifor nearly 20yrs. My daughters as well. I have a spinal injury and am disabled, and other mental health issues and I didn't get the letter either saying I could apply for the replacement Dr . Seems like I would be chosen due to these numerous issues I have but No I guess it's too much . Dave you'll be missed. Whomever chose is completely indifferent to this. P. THEO

I've been a patient of Dave since he was in Byron (pretty sure we were among his first patients). Dave always went above and beyond for myself and my family. He was excellent at what he did and he and genuinely cared. I wish him nothing but the absolute best and will miss him. Craig T.

Dr. Barr has been my GP since the early 90’s and I can not say enough about how terrific he has always been. His care has been amazing and a blessing. Losing him has been a significant loss and everyone in my family shares the same opinion. I hope he has a wonderful retirement as he has earned it.
