Beyond awful experience! Terrible, terrible, terrible. Enough said?

Had so many issues over the years, communication is poor, staff changes so much, and the new staff doesn't know my children's history. so many times we came with my young children to get their shots and the doors were closed on the days when they are supposed to be open. Negligent with Auvi-Q refill. We finally decided to switch to a different practice, it has been a month since I requested the release of records she still hasn't released my children's medical records. My children are receiving a time sensitive treatment, and they are late for their shots with new provider because Dr. O'Connor will not release the medical records. Her staff threatened to call police on me if I didn't leave the office and all I wanted is to get my children's medical records. She is spiteful and negligent!!!

Dr O ‘Connor has cancelled and rescheduled my appointments. There are extended wait times. Even though there are never any patients in the room. Clinical and office staff are usually different on each visit.

Dr O’Connor goes above and beyond to get my life-saving medications for my immune deficiency, even working beyond office hours. In this age of health”care” when insurances dictate more and more of healthcare, place enormous stress on patients and families, and waste physician’s time on laborious, nebulous, and often redundant paperwork and phone calls, Dr O’Connor believes in the value of physician-patient relationship and spends time with her patients, even if that means she works longer hours. She is a true assets to us and a fierce patient advocate!

Very smert and knowledgeable. Although, office staff needs help. Always short-staffed, not enough staff for the office to run efficiently.

Dr. O'Connor is the best in her field. She has been treating me for 9 years and is one of the very few providers in the region to treat specific, rare, immune disorders. Her staff and Physician Assistant are also great and the office is very clean. Dr. O'Connor will get to the root cause of the problem/issue you are having and will discuss a treatment option together with you so you can make a joint decision together. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. O'Connor was truly amazing. So knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my family is healthy and happy as can be. Truly glad that I made the decision to get an appointment at AAIR of Charlotte, my family is better off as a result and we are able to enjoy the outdoors like never before.

Wow this was such an awful experience .
every appointment was over 3 hours long.
if I called in to go over lab results , I would get different answers from different medical staff.
For example once I was told soy nut butter was okay.
I went and bought a five dollar jar of it.
I called back in and spoke with a different medical staff member who then stated no soy.
I have never been so upset with treatment at an office .
I am also pregnant and this stress was so much
My skin is much better since I left this practice and I have returned to my old allergist and a new dermatologist.
