Staff are the most unprofessional and disorganized I have ever seen! My initial surgery was canceled due to Covid which is understandable, but his staff failed to inform me and waited till I contacted them after seeing serval news reports! Dr Lo's office is not communication with my clinic in a timely fashion, which leaves me having to follow up with his secretary contently and act as an facilitator. Fast forward to a day before my Rescheduled surgery... and I finally get a response back from his secretary telling me that there is a possibility that my surgery would be canceled tomorrow due to overbooking!! I have taken time off from work, Been following a strict no supplement and caffeine regiment in preparation for the surgery, blood work and screening questions, Loved ones shuffled their life around to be there for me during and after the surgery and not to mention the mental toll a surgery like this takes... and I can't even get 24h notice!! Oooh and the audacity of his secretary to ask me to still pay for the surgery, even though she can't confirm until I get there on the day of and wait to be informed. Very shameful practices! I can't believe Mount Sinai and Dr. Lo would allow this type of care.

Has been sitting on my referral for over a week. Refuses to look at it. Feel like a second class citizen. I’m writing to the head of the department to complain. If you’re referred to this doctor from the ER - steer clear and ask for another urologist.

Dr.Lo treated me very well during my discomfort. He really listened to my symptoms and what I had to say. He preformed my surgery and was very transparent before, during and after the procedure. He really cares about his patients. Would recommend!

This doctor left my wife in severe pain for 4 days with her urgent referral sitting on his desk from the ER. After many many calls to his office, he offloaded the case to another doctor.

ER doctor said he should have contacted us 1 or 2 days after her ER visit max. He never contacted us, and we were the ones calling his office on days 3 and 4, so he just offloaded the case to another doctor. He should’ve done that on day 1, not 4 days later!

He may be a great doctor for all I know, but in our case it was just cruel.

Husband was booked in for a surgery. Had him waiting in the waiting room for four hours with an IV attached to his hand, only to find out they “don’t have the machine “ for his surgery and don’t know when they will obtain a new one. Horrible service. Horrible staff

Dr. Lo is fantastic. His receptionist is terrible. She is impossible to connect with. She never answers the phone and never responds to voicemails

I have nothing good to say about Dr. Lo. My husband and I been seeing him for the past 2 months regarding the fertility issue. Over the year Dr. Lo has been very helpful and provide us all the answers we were looking for. We never wait long to see! The staffs are amazing as well ;-) I truly happy with all the services we been receiving from his office!

I have called his office 35 times and left 5 voicemails - nobody ever picks up or returns my call. An otherwise great experience with the surgery is becoming really poor.

Dr. Lo is very skilled, highly professional and tremendously helpful. I felt very confident with him as my surgeon for a TURP procedure, and the results have been excellent. Highly recommend him.
