I refuse to give this man the respect of addressing him by title. I visited Marck's office a few years back to address the sensation of a lump in my throat and constant throat clearing. He looked scoped my throat through my nose and checked my ears, said they "didn't look great" and prescribed me a pretty high dose of Prednisone and asked me to return in 3 weeks, my GP was baffled by the prescription of a powerful steroid which did nothing to help diagnose or treat my symptoms. When I returned for my follow up, he said "everything looks fine, call me if things get worse" and sent me on my way, even though my symptoms were still present.
I've had some pretty terrible specialist visits but this one tops the list. Glad he retired so no one else can be dismissed and have their symptoms ignored by him. Good riddance.

I had a virus in my ear ,went completely depth, he sure helped me, he was my doctor for twenty years, he was a great doctor with a wonderful personality...Now retired in December and we do wish dr Marck the best....But sure gone to miss him.

I just found out Dr. Marck has recently retired. I was a patient of his for many years and will truly miss him as my doctor. Congratulations on your retirement Dr. Marck! You deserve it!

It has been a pleasure to have been Dr. Marck's patient. He tremendously help cure our ears for many years. We will truly miss this great caring, personable, intelligent, knowledgeable surgeon . You were truly loved by us!

To my knowledge, Dr. Marck is officially retiring December 2020. I never formally received a diagnosis, and was prescribed chronic antibiotic use for the symptoms I was having. The same assessment techniques were used every visit. I am still battling the issues that brought me to Dr. Marck in the first place. I'm excited to be referred to a different ENT.

Dr. Marck has a sense of humor, and made me feel comfortable. His sense of humor may get in the way of his ability to actively listen to his client's concerns.

No longer at SHC. No receptionist upon calling 403-802-4040 during declared office hours. Email (as given on phone message and yes I spelt marck portion correctly)) returned as Mailbox Unavailable! Very frustrating!

Depends on the day but I feel like he is patronizing at times. Difficult to get through to reception regarding appointments.

Seems to be the norm with scheduled appointments being
cancelled but forgetting to acknowledge the patient. Has happened to me three times. I do hope we aren’t being charged as a no show, check and check again to make sure you have an appointment.

Had a confirmed appointment. Received a call from the clinic an hour before stating that the appointment was cancelled because of an emergency. Have called multiple times to reschedule. No answer, no voicemail.

I am so surprised and feel ashamed by the way how the receptionists treated me .i would never come to this office again.
After one hour drive to get to the office ,I was told that my appointment was cancelled because they did not receive my confirmation .I showed them my confirmation via email and questioned how this happened?The receptionists simply asked me to reschedule or leave "right now "or they will call police. Definitely no apologies,no sympathy ,no respect.
