Rude, ignorant and money hungry just about sums up Dr. Huang. Was a patient for years but got tired of her professional conduct and treatment.

Dr. Huang is a very knowledgeable doctor. At time, she can be rushed, but I think that is just a reality when serving so many patients. It is best to be prepare for your appointment, be specific about one concern and be assertive if you think that you need more support, e.g., a referral. Dr. Huang's direct manner works well with teenagers (Dr. Huang is one of the people that my loved one (with schizophrenia) trusts. Before Dr. Huang, we had a very friendly, sweet doctor (but at times, incompetent).

As a patient of Dr. Huang’s for many years, I’ve always found her to be very thorough in examinations, practical in writing prescriptions and personable. Most uncommon for previous doctors I’ve had, she remembers even the non-medical discussions from previous visit that would not be in any file. We are grateful to have her as our doctor.

Rude and always rushing to take care of multiple patients at the same time, used to be a great dr, now is more about the $$$$, that is why people is using walk in clinics. Absolutely brutal experiences. May be is her time to retire and let someone else to take over.

I have been with Dr, Huang since she was located at Oxford and Adelaide. Even then she was abrupt and unfriendly, but my medical needs were met. As others have stated, she has gotton much worse in the last few years. In one appointment she complained abouts other patients, in another I was scolded for raising a second health concern. During my last appointment I was placed in an exam room with the door open and could clearly hear her returning calls to patients on speaker phone in the next room - that door was also open. I could not believe it, what about privacy??!! When she finally came in to see me she didn't make eye contact. The computer blocks our view of one another. I started to explain my symptoms and she made her diagnosis without all the information. There was no physical exam for my abdominal pain, no referral for blood work or ultra sound. I should have come sooner (closed on Wednesdays and this was Thursday morning). She said if it flairs up again go to the hospital. That was of no help. She seemed annoyed that one of my symptoms are on the long list of COVID symptoms and I came into her office - IT WAS NOT COVID! There was another occurrence when she got mad at me and walked out of the room. So unprofessional. She has told me she is ready to retire - tired of all the complainints. Why would you share that with a patient? We are by no means friends. I've come to the decision I can't see her any longer. I'd rather go to walk in clinics than be subjected to her mood swings, condescending comments and unprofessional behaviour. Good riddance!!

I find Dr. Huang unsupportive, rude and uncaring. I wish she would retire.

I love Dr Huang. She has always seen my family right on time. Never waited for more than a minute. Always cares what I have concerns about. I had seen multiple doctors regarding a serious concern for my child and she was the only doctor who cared to refer us to a specialist to get an exact diagnosis. And cared enough to follow up. I've been with her for 20 years and am thankful for her. I am not her family and am not being asked to write this.

My first experience with her was a patient reeming her out and that was 19 years ago. She held her composure and I have always held the highest respect for her. She is an EXCELLENT doctor.
