Excellent on time. The staff was helpful and you speak to a person when you call, not an answering machine. Dr. Alvear has an excellent bed side manner, though his accent is somewhat thick. His office is no frills, but don't let that put you off. He did some preventative blood work for me and worked with me to make sure the medicine he prescribed was low cost. I 100% recommend him.
