He should have retired 10 years ago. Only saving grace is his wonderful nurse. I hate being stuck with this poor excuse of a doctor. I can’t count the times he has just walked out without saying anything, He is only good for prescription refills, though he won’t fill any from another doc.

I have been unfortunate enough to have dr Simon as my dr for many years, his receptionist is rude and unhelpful, and he himself is rude, condescending, and belittles his patients (unless you’re a man) . This “doctor” has not helped me with one medical issue in my life, I have always had to go to a hospital to get actual help. I don’t even see the point in him practising medicine as he is so terrible to patients. This man shoukd not be a doctor. Stick to writing science fiction.

I've been a patient of Dr. Simon since he started practicing. I have no complaints about him or his staff. Despite what other people are saying he's been a great physician for me and my family.

Overall I love the nurse but Doctor Simon is disrespectful to me, refuses to give me any medicine, prescription, referrals, He denies I’m autistic despite being diagnosed since 2 years old, he’s also been homophobic and transphobic to me and called me and my partner at the time “tr@nny lesbians”
He should retire

My family and I have been going to dr Simon for years. 15 years ago, everything was great. However in recent years I have found his receptionist to be extremely rude and shortcoming with me, not taking into consideration the fact that she is only a secretary. She bosses you around and does what she can to shut you up. Booking appointments with her isn’t easy either, as she complains if you don’t agree to the first time she gives you.

The nurse is INCREDIBLE. No complaints.

Dr Simon himself; Dr Simon makes it seem like he got his MD 30 years ago and has had no further training or education on anything related to his field. He’s beyond oblivious to any mental health issues, and his solution for stress and anxiety has been to stop smoking. I’ve been going to him for years with mental health issues and suicidal thoughts/tendencies, and the only thing he has done is to suggest I stop smoking because depression is just “a chemical imbalance in your brain”. He doesn’t care when you tell him you’ve missed time at work, and acts like it’s your own problem to figure out.

One thing about Dr. Simon that I both like and dislike, is that he seems to hate medicine. He will do everything he can to avoid putting you on a prescription or new medication. This can be good when medications are not needed, however when medications ARE needed, people go far too long without them.

In my opinion, Dr. Simon needs to do one of two things:
1. Get educated. Learn about new techniques, practices, conditions, treatment plans, and listen to your patients.
2. Retire.

He ignored the adverse reactions my son was having to vaccines and kept vaccinating him anyway, He kept on vaccinating him until he had vaccine induced brain injuries which the Quack himself does not even know about since I never went back to him. He's completely lacking in knowledge about the dangers of vaccines and I suspect he gets commission for each one he gives, he also promotes them on CBC radio. My son who was so smart as a baby and said his first words at only 9 months old lost his ability to say words. He couldn't talk at all until he was seven years old and then only because I paid a famous brilliant doctor in the U.S. (the opposite of Michael Simon) to treat him. He was able to help him but he'll never be as perfect as he was before that idiot ignored his vaccine reactions.

I found him rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend if you have a choice. He didn’t listen to what I was trying to say the root of my problems were and just treated me for my symptoms. Years later I am still suffering and he doesn’t think there is “anything to worry about”
