Phenomenal staff. Have gone here for years. But in the last couple of years, I feel unwelcome to stay as a patient, which makes me avoid going in. Nonetheless, she is brilliant and surrounded by the greatest staff.

Dr Florence is caring and so knowledgeable. I've had many health issues and she's handled them all successfully. Melanie Reynolds is equally great. The nursing staff especially Karen has went above and beyond to help me. The receptionists have always been extremely helpful. I want then all to know I appreciate them. Thank you. Lois Pruitt

She is so easy to talk to that you can tell her exactly what your issues are without getting scolded like a child for your bad habits. She talks to you like a real person. Best doctor I've had.

Dr. Florence is an exceptional doctor. She appreciates challenges and does her best to find the cause of an illness, instead of just treating it. She has a very pleasant demeanor and a great sense of humor. I recommend her whole-heartedly.

Dr. Nicki is the best! Her staff is also great. We never have a problem getting a same day appointment and she genuinely care about her patients. We all go to her even my husband and he doesn't do doctors. She takes time to connect with her patients and get to know each one individually. Her nurses always call me back the same day and are willing to help me in any way they can.

We once considered Dr. Florence to be a fine doctor. However over the course of the last two years everything in her office has gone downhill. Service is nonexistant and one gets the sense the dr. is being bothered. Very disappointing We used to refer, now we warn.

This is the best doctor our family has ever had. She is sensitive, caring and very knowledgable. Even our 14 year old son is willing to go to her. She has the best bedside manner we have ever experienced.
