Very empathetic. Has allergies and asthma herself so she knows what it's like to suffer from these illnesses. Excellent support staff. They always get back to me the same day with any questions. Always get you in the same day if you're sick.

She is amazing. Very thourgh and takes time to make sure you understand what is going on. Doesn't talk down to you. Makes you feel very comfortable. I trust her completely
