I had gestational diabetes and she was very helpful and supportive throughout my pregnancy. She hears every concern and explains very well. She is very patient and polite. Her team is also very good at their work. I felt supported and confident throughout.

My dad has been diabetic for several years now and been seeing Dr Cheng. Throughout these years, Dr Cheng has helped my dad maintain a stable sugar level. Since my dad's stroke a couple of years ago, I became more involved with his doctor consultations and had the pleasure to speak with Dr Cheng in numerous appointments. Dr Cheng is very knowledgeable & compassionate who would take the time to listen to your concerns and issues and similarly take the time to explain things over. I left messages and promptly received call backs from her. Her assistant, Donna, is equally amazing & friendly! As a primary caregiver for my 84-year old father, it is comforting to deal with and know that Dr Cheng and Donna are here to help alleviate what could sometimes be stressful times and esp during this pandemic when we can't really see a doctor in person.
