We are saddened with her retirement. She has been our only family doctor. She has helped me through my teen years and now helped me with my own children. We will miss her experience and support.

Continue to be pleased with joining the practice and the medical clinic. Used the evening clinic and found the on call system helpful. Also can email to Dr. Faulds herself which is amazing.

Dr. Faulds has exceptional training in mental health and psychological disorders. The physical symptoms we have are often psychological in nature and He was able to show me this connection. Surprised that the opinion of a doctor you sought out is dismissed. Our family trusts and understands the strength of her knowledge and caring attitude displayed.
Perhaps if you can not follow her advice nor trust it then you should find a doctor who will tell you what you wish to hear not what you need to hear.

First of all, I cannot share a glowing report on this doctor given she has not really helped me with some of my medical concerns. Some of Dr. Faulds staff appear sympathetic to my concerns, but in no way should they be given medical advice when they are not doctors! Dr. Faulds has her way of doing things and did not entertain any input from me regarding my medical concerns because she perceived my problems to be psychological. After performing two tests that were inconclusive, she was of the opinion that my heart issues and previously confirmed auto-immune disease were nothing but anxiety. Very dangerous and reckless form of medicine: no answers to your concerns, so you must have a mental disorder.

We are so lucky to have Dr.Faulds and her team. Never has Erin been rude or curt. Easy to be critical when she can't defend herself. APPRECIATE WHAT WE HAVE AND LEAVE THE CRITICAL COMMENTS IN YOUR HEAD!!!!!Name calling on social media is never the answer!!!!!

While I do wait, I am not rushed, get more than one problem per visit and have great access to care. Love Health Myself. Erin can be curt and the phone remains an issue as not answered promptly during office hours. House calls for my parents are soooo appreciated

Dr.Faulds is wonderful. Erin the receptionist however is rude, talks over you on the phone. Does not listen to what you have to say. I realize Erin’s job is probably stressful dealing with clients needs etc but talking over someone and repeatedly saying “ your last name”, “what’s your last name please” while I’m trying to tell you something or ask a question is unprofessional. I was offered an appoint in a weeks time and when asked everything I needed to go over in the appointment I was then told I could not have that appointment because I would take up to much time. I now have to wait till the beginning of April to deal with my Migranes that I have been batteling with for the last week. Today is March 7th and I have been calling the office all week to make an appointment with no answer. I’ve also been leaving messages on the portal however the response time is 24hours so it’s not helpful in these situations. If I go to emergency department I’ll only get a letter about how I should have made an appointment. Well I would love to make an appointment however appearently I take up to much time to have one till next month!
