Dr. Saly has been my primary physician for many years. I have found him to be caring, and effective. He will be missed in his retirement.

Dr. Saly has been my family doctor for 20 years. You can tell that he cares and wants to help. What's more, he's careful and not afraid to order tests or provide specialist referrals. He and his staff are consummate professionals. I suspect the negative reviews omit key information or that the individuals writing these reviews have unrealistic expectations.

Dr. Saly has been my doctor for about 20 years. My daughter has children of her own now and he cares for them too. He has always respected our concerns and is great with the grandchildren too.

He is incompetent. My mother-in-law fell down a flight of stairs and her neck hurt badly. She went to see Dr. Saly about it. He sent her home with some Tylenol. The next day, it hurt so much that she went to the emergency ward where they did what they were supposed to... They X-rayed her neck and found that she had fractured it. I wouldn't recommend going to see Dr. Saly if you have a serious complaint.

Thoroughly unprofessional. If you are male, I wouldn’t recommend him. After 30 years of being his patient, he cancelled my prescription repeats and cancelled me as a patient without notifying because I asked my wife for a divorce. He gave me no notice of cancellation as he is required to do by the College of Physicians and Surgeons. I was working temporarily in the USA when my prescriptions were about to run out. When I called Dr. Saley for a repeat of my prescriptions he said “You are no longer my patient! As far as I am concerned, you live in the United States”. He angrily repeated this a second time. I had not told him that I was temporarily working in the United States. At the request of my ex-wife, he cancelled me as a patient.
But every cloud has a silver lining. I didn’t have time to get a new doctor in Ontario, so I went to a doctor near where I was working, got the blood tests and physicals required. They told me “You are lucky to be alive”. My prescription doses were way off what they should have been.

Dr Saly has been our doctor for many years and we feel very fortunate he is our doctor. He also was my mother-in-law's doctor. He has treated all of us with respect, kindness and a knowledge of when to refer us to a specialist.

Dr.Saly has been my doctor since he graduated family medicine and he is excellent. He knows his limits and never lets ego get in the way of providing amazing care. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll be referring you to someone who does. Best Doctor.

You will not find a doctor who is willing to take more time with you than Dr. Saly. He is kind, thorough, a wonderful person, and an attentive listener. He is sure to take that extra step to look into a problem. The office staff has a poor system of taking calls and it is frustrating to book appointments. If it were not for that you would see 5/5 ratings of Dr. Saly from every review.

Very difficult to make an appointment, this week tried calling Tuesday and Friday always a voice message that he's not in the office, however kind enough to offer you alternatives, (after hours clinic, emergency room, medical hotline) not always convenient when you just need to make an appt. Wish I could find a doctor more available to his patients.
