Great Doctor and Staff. I have been a patient for several years now and Dr. Crowell really cares about her patients' well-being. The office wait can be quite long, but she spends the necessary time with each individual patient to meet their needs.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Crowell for 10 years. We are both older and I can tell you that as long as Dr. Crowell is practicing in Atlanta, I will stay her patient. I've sent many, many people to her and they've all remained patients. There are times when the wait is longer than it should be, but you see a REAL DOCTOR as opposed to a nurse practitioner or a med student. She listens, she talks, she cares and she is good. Worth every minute of the wait time.

Dr. Crowell & the Staff are very nice, however the wait time is too long every visit i have had to wait over an hour in the waiting room just to be called to the back and listen to personal conversation from the Dr & others while i wait in the room for an additional 15 or 20 mins, and once Dr. Crowell come into the room she will only stay in the room for only 3 to 5 minutes write a prescritpion or whatever and i'm ready to go. Really need to impruve on punctuality. Because if I'm late I have to reschedule and possibly be charged a no show fee.

Two of my concerns are that it takes much too long to get an appointment, and that you wait forever to get in the room to be seen. Lastly, Dr. Crowell is not board certified, so I switched doctors. She and Kimberly are very nice however.
