My son was born 2 months premature and he has been seeing Dr. Parmer for 12 years. Dr. Parmer is a great Doctor! He referred my son to Children's Hospital in Birmingham for hernia's when he was two months old, it was Christmas eve and he called to check on him on Christmas day! Very compassionate, knowledgeable, and great with kids. My son loves him.

I changed pediatrician's because of his laughing when his nurse caused my son's nose to bleed.

I am an RN, but also a first time mom to a baby born prematurely at 35 weeks. Dr. Parmer took the time to reassure me and my husband, and explain everything in detail. My son is now over 1 year old and happy and healthy. Dr. Parmer takes time to answer questions and we have never had a long wait in his office.

Dr.Parmer treats both of my children and he is wonderful.I love that he doesn't have a "God" complex. My son had a staff infection in his face and Dr.Parmer didn't know how to treat that so he quickly got us transfered to Children's hospital.While we were there, he called personally everyday to check on him.He is a very dedicated doctor and I am glad I chose him.

His staff is horrible and Dr. Parmer did not get test results that he request my daughter have.

MY CHILDS NORMAL DR. IS YOUSEF KHOURI,HOWEVER DR.PARMER HAS SEEN HIM WHEN DR. KHOURI WASNT AVAILABLE.HE ALSO IS A WONDERFUL DR.I THINK THEY ARE 2 GREAT DRS THAT HAVE A PRACTICE BASED ON THE SAME BELIEFS.THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS,AND ARENT JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY.THEY LISTEN,AND YOU DONT FEEL RUSHED.MY SON ALSO LIKES DR PARMER AS WELL.

Dr. Parmer is very good with children. He has a lighthearted about him that makes children feel at ease. He is very thorough and will not give up until he has found the reason for your childs illness. GREAT DOCTOR!
