Dr. Arlene Hay is a wonderful Dr. I never had any trouble getting the right medicine or help. She is greatly missed by my family.

I love the nurses. Doctor Hay isn't as kid friendly as I would like, but she's okay.

Dr. Hay is awesome. She is very kind to the children and gives us as much time as we need in her office. I never feel rushed, and she has never acted like I was stupid. Recently I took my 12 year old son in to be seen. He had gotten a stomach virus and was vomitting a lot. He is also a diabetic. She immediately took him to ER - herself! And stayed with him until the ambulance came to transport him to Huntsville. She let me know what was happening every step of the way and comforted him as well. I know it was an inconvenience to cancell all of her appointments that day, but it meant so much to me to know that she cared that much. We spent 5 days in intensive care, and she called to check on him. I think she's great and want everyone to know.
