This doctor is very rude, I don't know why there are some comments says she is kind. She has very bad bedside manner, and doesn't know what's polite. She is cold, and uninformative. I strongly recommend avoiding this doctor.

Dr. Donna has been my family doctor my whole life. She does have days where she is incredibly rushed but she will listen to Everything you have to say and answer all questions you have. For sound of mind, she will take extra steps to assure you are comfortable by the time you leave. If you do not ask her, you don't get results. She's a doctor, not psychic.

Very bad attitude to her patient. Also very very bad bedside manner. When you describe your sickness to her, she is very un-patient and rush to finish. Always cut your talking and rush to see the next patient (less than 5 minutes). Not recommand to see her.

I'm surprised to see the comments here.I just found this website and I think I should write sth here. She has been doctor of my family for ten years. Both my sons were delivered by her and she has been always kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She never recommend antibiotic as the first choice of treatment and she always tells you the reason of her method. She knows everything about children and pregnancy. The waiting time is long because she always has to go to hospital to deliver, and she has lots of patients too! She is like running even in her small office! I guess if she really did not talk much to you, then your case was really simple.

I went with my wife for a 21st week check up on my unborn child. I was told by the ultrasound place that I can find out the sex of my child from her because they will be sending my ultrasound pics to her. Donna then tells me that she does not know and that I need to pay for a second ultrasound to learn the sex of my child. So one of them has this information and is withholding it. From my wife's past visits, she feels that Donna is uninformative. My wife is a Registered nurse as well, so she can't **** her. I called to talk to Donna and her receptionist calls with the heartbeat info when I asked for the sex. I found it rude to have the receptionist call back on her behalf. So warning to everyone do not go to this GP!! You have been warned.

I was looking for a family physician. Had a bad first impression when I saw her scolding her receptionist in front of the waiting room. When I met her for the first time in the room, she asked me a few questions, one medical question, I didn't know how to reply, she rolled her eyes. If I knew medicine or terminology, would I have the need to see her? She was impatient and not warm/welcoming. What totally blew it was when she handled my baby, not gentle at all. She told me to come back but I won't ever go back again! It seems she does know what she's doing but it's unfortunate that her arrogance poisons her position as a care giver/physician and the human spirit.

Prior to my appointment, I heard her screaming at her other patients in her room. Went to her follow-up blood work exam. Cuz her office called me. First thing she says to me is Scared you didn't I. What kind of rude pbnoxious doctor scares the dickens out of their patients. Well that was the last time I went to see her!

Last time I saw her I was kept waiting for 45 minutes, and all I got was a 5-minute diagnostic time! The whole process was very rushed without adequate time to ask all the questions I had. The doctor did have attitude problem and gave me the look when I asked seemingly mundane health-related questions (that's why I'm not a doctor in the first place!). Overall not a pleasant experience and I'll look for other doctors instead.

Most of my family who have used her service have found her brisk, blunt, and impatient to explain things to her patients about their health problems. She also seems to have a very bad "know it all" attitude. I went in for a prescription renewal and in search of a family doctor, and I found her highly opinionated and unkind in her remarks. I told her exactly what I needed, but she just that I just told me what she thinks about my illness. At one point she refused to prescribe my medication. This would later impact my health. I think she has trouble with communication and interpersonal skills. Later my brother told me it is a cultural difference, although we are of the same ethnic background, and I didn't like her at all. I think she exasperated my problems and cause me much anxiety, after seeing her. Unless you like getting berated and given a stong moral opinion when you see the doctor, I would not see her.
