Dr. Gergely misdiagnosed my daughter from a serious illness which required hospitalization. After dismissing that her symptoms presented were nothing to be concerned about, I was not convinced and brought my daughter to another doctor who easily noted concerns and had her admitted to hospital. Either she ignored us, did not listen to our concerns or is out of date with her knowledge. Whichever of these is the issue, she is a poor doctor.

I use to be a patient of hers and she never seemed to want to help. Took several appointments and months before she would take anything serious. She has misdiagnosed several times, gave prescriptions for medications the pharmacy was like you cant have this, she is rude and has made body shamming comments at times to me and my kids. I would not recommend anyone to see her. I finally decided that I would rather wait in urgent care then have her any further as a doctor.

Saw this doctor in Courtice.. she was very rude and treated me like I was nothing. She was extremely unpleasant. I do not recommended seeing her.

I don't even feel comfortable rating this dr. a 1 star rating. I had my 6 year old son in to see her at the walk in and she was AWFUL. Rude, dismissive, and just didn't care. Told us he was having an allergic reaction and to just take benadryl. Looked in his throat and said "not concerned, he's fine"
I finally saw another dr and she immediately told me it was strep and SCARLET FEVER.

I waited over an hour and a half to see Dr. Gergely which is actually not too bad considering how busy hospitals and Urgent Care Clinics are at the moment. Upon seeing her, she was dismissive and when I told her my symptoms she told me “I don’t care! I don’t care” and told me to see my GP. I had made arrangements to have my young children watched by a baby-sitter so that I could see a doctor today, but she was of no help.

Saw this doctor in Urgent Care today. After waiting one hour to see her, she could not get me out fast enough prescribing me 3 different medications for my condition.
When I started to ask questions she was very dismissive and couldn't leave the exam room fast enough.
In her haste, she did not bother to ask me if I was allergic to any medications.
When filling my prescription my pharmacist wondered why she would prescribe this certain medication when it states I am allergic to it.
My pharmacist proceeded to fax the clinic for her to change the med but has gotten no reply.
I am now waiting another day without the much needed antibiotic due to the neglectfulness of this doctor!
I will never see this lady again , the inly thing she is interested in is to see as many patients as possible and write as many prescriptions as possible so she can line her pockets, with no regard for her patients!

How in the world does Dr Gergely still have her license?? She has tried to give antidepressants to my Neice & daughters over a bladder infection or pms issues! For myself she tried to place me on opioids for degenerative disc disease rather than a referral to an Surgeon! My husband had to yell to get the referral for me! I can tell you… I got the surgery!!! I brought my bag of prescribed opioids to my Surgeon who was appalled!

I'm glad it wasn't just me then. I saw her today at the urgent care clinic and she was very rude and dismissive. I was experiencing extreme neck pain and she told me I slept on it "funny". If I ever encounter her again I will walk away.

Dr. Gergely is an efficient and very helpful doctor. She saved my husband from having his leg cutoff, only one toe was removed! We are both glad to have her as our primary doctor. Thank you!

Have been a patient for awhile now. Very grateful to Dr. Gergley for the care she has provided over the years. She knows her stuff and while abrupt in her conversations she is on point for health care. When there is a serious medical concern she is knowledgable and will look things up. Glad to have her caring for my health care and my daughters as well.
