Dr J Fisher, helped my son and family over 2 1/2 yr over 9 yrs ago when she was going through major life changes. She was caring, knowledgeable, empathetic and shared a personal story that helped in the situation. Help us to get other outside help.

Dr. Fisher cared for my son from the age of 13 through to 24 or more years. He suffered from severe anxiety and some depression and did have some learning issues. During these many years I found Dr. Fisher to unfailingly kind, generous of her time, concerned and willing to assist in any way she could. Her profession is a difficult one and the problems she deals with must often seem unsurmountable. However, she remains steadfast and optimistic as well as humble in the face of human failings and challenges. I believe her to be a fine person with the interests of her patients at heart in every respect.

Do not go to any other psychiatrist for your child! Dr Fisher is fantastic! She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and she really knows her stuff. Such a compassionate and caring individual who only wants what's best for your child. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing!

I have seen Dr Fisher twice for my daughter who has autism and anxiety. The first time she saw her she said there was no way she had anxiety issues. The next time she said yes most certainly and wanted to medicate her right away. She said she only wanted to see her again if we are going to medicate her.

I cannot sing Dr.Fisher's praises enough. We travel 2 hrs to see her and its worth every penny. I am very thankful to have her as part of my son's new medical team. She is extremely thourough, preceptive, kind, patient and is able to keep things on an even playing field (so you are not feeling left out or like your missing something). She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. THANK YOU Dr.Fisher!!!!

Dr. Fisher spends more time with her patients than the usual psychiatrist would. She is caring and interested, and she goes above and beyond the call of duty! We have found her to show great respect to our son and he has responded well to her. She has met with school staff to advocate for our son and referred us to another program when she had exhausted other options.

Dr Fisher was absolutely wonderful for me. She identified a condition that I'd been struggling with since childhood, and thought of a very innovative and novel way to treat it, as well as find me a wonderful OT to continue to help me. My only problem was her staff - I was supposed to see her every three months, and her secretary was supposed to call me to arrange an appointment. I never received a call. This happened twice. After the third appointment, I miraculously received a call to book the next appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, I was severely struggling with medication side-effects and could not even get out of bed. I had to call and cancel. The secretary sounded very angry with me, and then said that she'd call later to reschedule. I never heard from her again. Dr. Fisher was wonderful when I actually SAW her, but her staff seemed determined to ensure that didn't happen. Eventually I just gave up.

This has to be the best psychiatrist out there when it comes to class, trustworthyness, and knowledge! Dr Fisher has helped our family and our daughter and assisted out side supports totally understand what we are faced with on daily bases and much more. OUR family JUST LOVE DR FISHER:)
