She asked who my family doctor was when I was in mid-sentence explaining my issue. I had to tell her that she was my doctor! She then prescribed a medication that couldn't be taken when breastfeeding. Her reaction was "you're STILL breastfeeding"? My daughter was 20 months at the time and she treated me like a freak and said it was unnatural and unusual to breastfeed for that long. She pressured me to stop so I could take the medication that I didn't end up needing. All other health care providers have encouraged me to breastfeed so it was a surreal conversation. She then told me I had high blood pressure, I think it was just high as I was so upset. She never touched me once and never touched my children when I've taken them either. Don't use this doctor.

Absolutely Horrible Doctor, I swear she does not know anything about medicine. I ve seen her on a few occasions and she has wrongly prescribed me medicine. She has walked out of the room when I had more questions for her. I told her to her face that she was a horrible doctor, and should not be allowed to practice medicine. Would NEVER recommend this doctor to ANYONE. Including a rat!

Dr. Suresh is the worst Dr I have ever been to. She is very rude and does NOT listen. She shouldn't be practicing. The staff is also very rude. The clinic should be shut down.

I received absolutely horrible medical care. This doctor should not be allowed to practice. I work in veterinary medicine and our animal patients receive more thorough and competent care than what this doctor provided me. She was 20 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and continued to see walk-in patients during my exam time; what could have been a 10 minute appointment turned into over an hour waste of my time (most of that spent waiting for her to see other patients). Absolutely no information was conveyed to me nor did she collect any history from me. It was suppose to be a thorough first prenatal exam, but turned out to be the most appalling experience with the Alberta medical system. This doctor makes me want to return to B.C. She should be investigated by the Alberta Medical Association.

My husband and I were transferred here from another province. We live near the clinic so I went there seeking a family doctor. I have a long medical history which my prior family doctor of 15 years documented very well and listed the prescriptions I was taking and why. The file also included all the recommendations from the specialists who treated me. I have never been treated so badly by anyone as I was by her. She took one look at the prescriptions and started to YELL at me that I shouldn't be on these medications and practically kicked me out the door. She didn't bother to read the information from my previous doctor and recommendations made by specialists. The entire clinic could hear what she was telling me. I left the clinic almost in tears. I was absolutely humiliated by this woman who calls herself a doctor.

This physician is very unprofessional and rude when dealing with myself and my family members. She has been known to misdiagnose (in my personal encounters) on multiple occassions. In fact, she has been so cavalier in dismissing a family member's post-traumatic headache. Had we not been persistent and demanding for basic diagnostic tests, my family member's intracranial bleed would have not been diagnosed and treated appropriately. Her persistent "medical advice" to treat the headache with NSAIDs such as Advil was not medically sound advice since it only made the bleed worse. I am so thankful that we sought another physician's opinion in this case (and others) and were able to obtain the medically necessary and appropriate treatment.
