I agree with the negative remarks about this receptionist. She gets no stars from me.

Dr Leblanc is an excellent doctor. The receptionist should not be working with the public. She seems to be irritated by phone calls and patients regeristing at the desk. She is unfriendly and doesn't return phone calls. I can't believe anyone would hire her to work with the public. It seems that you are inconveniencing her to do her job. Thinking about switching doctors because of her.

The staff is very unfriendly...almost like they don't care for their job...worst I have ever seen...And here take this nasal spray...everyone I talk to say this is his answer to everything...waited 6 months for an appointment...what a waste of my time

Best ENT Dr there is.
He is very caring and listens
He did my deviated spectrum and since I had it done I have had no problems at all.
I recommend him to anyone.

The things I look for in a doctor are as follows: knowledgeable, not rushed, easy to talk to, answers my questions, solves my health problem. This guy met all of those requirements.
I hadn't smelled anything until in years until I met him and he gave me a prescription to treat a pollup in my nose. I'm pleased to have been referred to him. He's a good doctor!

Dr. LeBlanc is painfully insecure. The weird Superman obsession is pretty pathetic and transparent. If he spent less time trying to prove how cool he is, he might be a respectable doctor. He was too busy showing me that he’s brilliant to listen to what I was actually saying. He’s also a little too friendly.

Robin Leblanc is an exceptional ENT doctor. He explained things carefully was gentle with his work and a real cheerleader.
His receptionis, on the other hand, was very short and curt when making any new appts. I understand that the doc can be busy, but I have had the same news from receptionists who were pleasant and sympathetic and made one feel safe and supported inspite the wait. I hope I am the only one she treated this way.

Dr LeBlanc was not my doctor but, day after my surgery , i went back at the er coz my throat has blood on it. Dr La Blanc was there at the time and did not waste any of our time and decided immediately to remove all the blood clots through surgery again. He explained very well the plans A to Z that he might do. He was really concern with the patient. He was real and willing to help . Thank you Dr le Blanc

Had a surgery on my nose for a deviated septum and I’m thrilled with how well I can breathe now. The procedure was done so delicately that I’ve experience next to no pain while recovering. I highly recommend Dr.Leblanc

I had been very concerned over the symptoms I was experiencing and Dr LeBlanc went thoroughly through all my concerns while he seemed genuine and supportive he was also very knowledgable. I highly recommend him
