I've been on Dr. B's "list" for years but didn't need to see her very much, and now that I DO need a GP, she's flying the coop. Thanks a lot, Doc.

I have been seeing Dr. Belgaumkar on and off for many many years. She started off great and slowly went down hill from there, in ALL aspects. I agree with the majority of others on here. Her staff are absolutely terrible not professional and polite at the least. I always feel rushed and not properly listen to while in her room. I feel almost more stressed out after seeing her than just arriving earlier for my appointment. At the end of the day though, it is better seeing her than not seeing a doctor. I really hope things change for the better.

If you read positive reviews below, it's likely 'Dr. B' asking friends to write them. This doctor leaves the office while you are in mid sentence. This doctor is all about getting paid. If she does have an online booking person, phew, because good luck ever getting through to her office. Takes time to cover bases? Not a chance...our whole family is with this 'doctor' and I might as well just google stuff because she'll spend the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM she can with a patience, to max out how many she can see in a day. Look deep into the review and decide for yourself which are fake. Funny enough, on multiple occasions in social settings we've gotten into group discussions with others who were ranting about their terrible doctor. It was her every time, what are the odds!!!

Dr. B is fantastic! So thorough and gentle. She always takes time to cover all the bases before any diagnosis. Her front desk team was great, and then with some new hires, it became increasingly more difficult to get an appointment. Even with the most important things that take 2 minutes like prescription refills, it would take weeks to get a call back. It’s very frustrating, however with the new online booking system, it eliminates the middle man.

I have been seeing Dr. Balgaumkar for about four years now and I have to say she is probably the best GP I've seen. First of all, she is always very punctual. Secondly, she is extremely thorough - she "uncovered" some health issues I had that previous doctors had failed to take note of. Also, she is not hesitant about ordering tests and is extremely knowledgeable. Very personal and kind. I would say she is not super-chatty, but I appreciate that because I actually prefer a doctor who is "no-nonsense". I feel very lucky to have her as my GP!

I have been with this doctor for yrs and she has helped me alot. We have a fun rapport as well...But this new Frontdesk staff omg is always Unavailable..? lol.. I am baffled as to how to reach the dr. Unless you go online. ? What to tell ya. ?

Terrible office staff. Dr B is ok. Doesn’t spend enough time. I have gone in and out in less than 3 minutes and have heard the same for other patients. Too concerned with pumping people in and out. Disappointing. Had an ER doc spend more time with me.

Her staff I terrible .. can never get through and when you leave repeat messages no one returns your call! She is good and I’ve always been happy with her care but PLEASE hire some decent MOA’s!!!

Agree. The latest receptionist is a dragon lady. No personality and does not return calls. You can wait all day and she won't return a call resulting in an appointment not being made. Totally unprofessional. No warmth at all either. All the other receptionists were wonderful.
