While some of the staff are brisk and unfriendly, others make up for it tenfold. Dr Chrisohou is the best of the best, my mom, grandma (until her death) and I have gone to her since her practice opened and we have been completely blessed to have her as a Dr. She somehow manages to keep up with all our personal details, in addition to being the warmest, most genuine and professional Dr I've ever known. She is one of a kind, never making you feel rushed, always patiently explaining and listening and making you feel you are her only patient. How she does it is beyond me. I really am afraid to move away because I'll never find another Dr like her. A million thanks for all you do Dr Chrisohou, you're the best!

Doctor C is the most wonderful and patient Doctor that I have ever met. Her bedside manner is excellent as well! My family is certainly grateful for having such a special person looking after our health!

Dr. Chrisohou is the most fabulous doctor you could imagine. My whole family sees her and we always talk about the fact that we should probably send her flowers or chocolates weekly, just to ensure that she never leaves!

Ramona is an exceptional family physician. She offers excellent listening skills, thorough examination of all issues and always demonstrates kindness, respect and great empathy. My children and I have been going to Ramona for 12 years and we are so very comfortable and pleased with the care that she has provided us over the years. I highly recommend Ramona as a family physician.

Doctor Chrisohou has been my family doctor for 12 years now and has also been the family doctor for both of my sons since birth. She has a wonderful bedside manner and always shows a genuine interest in our family's overall health. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining all our health issues. Excellent physician!

Dr Chrisohou has been my Dr for a number of years (I switched dr's to see her!)and more recently my daughter's. She has consistently provided outstanding care. She embodies all characteristics crucial to a family physician, trust, knowledge,empathy, understanding, care, and the list goes on.She also sees almost all members of my extended family, so she is a true family dr. When I hear the unfortunate stories of those who have trouble finding a dr, or sub-par care recieved, I say my thanks that Dr. C is there for us. I trust her implicitly. The clinic dr's as a whole are great! Dagmar is outstanding and can always be counted on to assist in any way she can! My only comment is that some of the new(and some old) adminstrative staff/reception staff need to aquire the same caring helpful attitude.

Dr Chrisahou in the beginning was just great. Lots of patience. However somewhere along the line she lost her patience with my family. She seems to be in a hurry when we are there and almost always prescribes medication as a solution. She seems to be tired of hearing the issues of my elderly parents. I find that she is not responsive anymore and keeps trying to find the quick fix. She isn't listening to the the real issues anymore and is losing her perspective. I have grown to be quite disappointed in her level of service, commitment and her patience, sometimes I wonder if it isn't because there are cultural differences at play?
