I've been a patient for 7 years. Have numerous health issues besides osteoarthritis, fibro myalgia(?), cardiac, autoimmune issues, spinal issues. Never on time (1-2hrs behind), never got a firm diagnosis other than fibro myalgia. Catered to Hispanics. Staff is young, immature, no compassion & are on power trips. Probably got training at Sanford Brown or something. Now uses PA to conduct exam. Copay is $30 Plus 20% of procedures, even though I haven't seen hide nor hair of any doctor. Not illegal, but very unethical. I was disputing a $207 bill which I discovered I did have to pay. I needed RX for pain med & was told no, until I paid bill. I mentioned I was on disability $1600/mo & would pay the bill on my next apt (20 days later). I was told I would get the RX at that time. My pain wasn't going to wait. I am 62 & worked for doctors long ago, I should have known better. Should have said adios years ago. Any positive ratings are overrated.

When Seeing Dr. Jose Garcia for Rheumatology. I was given NO TESTS (blood and others)just looked at and was Determend NOT to have Rheumatoid Arithis, while Two of My Own Physcians ran test after test and was found POSITIVE for R.A. and O.A. CAN you imagine what this Doctor could do for Cancer, MS,Alzheimers Disease and Every Disease Known to Man, He Must Be A God!!!!!!
