Nothing nice to say.. poor bedside manner, receptionist doesn't answer the phone. The message says "IF you have an appointment, we will calll you a week before" so, how do you know if you are booked ?
Looking for a doctor who gives a damn.

receptionist is super rude, never picks up the phone. Dr Greenbloom feels like she doesn’t want to be there, doesn’t give good explanations and is not very thorough

My daughter and I both have seen this doctor in the past. After a horrible experience with another doctor doing an endoscopy in her office, I was too traumatized to see someone else. On my daughter’s advice, I got a referral and had my office visit, then waited for the appointment at the hospital for another endoscopy. I didn’t feel a thing and got proper care from her. If this heartburn doesn’t go away, I’ll be seeing her again.

Horrible service. I was referred in October 2019 and was given an appointment in February 2020. I called in January 2020 in pain and was told by the secretary if I can't wait, to go to the emergency department. I did and a colonoscopy was done. I still had issues and called back Dr. Greenbloom only to find out that because I went to the ER my appointment was cancelled!!!! I still had issues but COVID hit and Dr. Greenbloom was only taking phone appointments so my appointment was for July 2020, even though my symptoms never disappeared. She prescribed a cream and said call back in 6 weeks if my issue was still present, so I called back in September and was given more medications and told wait another 6 weeks. My symptoms still present, I called back November 2020 and given an appointment for in person February 2021, even though I still had symptoms and had been waiting 1 year now to see her. The day before the appointment the secretary calls to tell me the appointment will be over the phone!!! I spoke with Dr. Greenbloom only to be told to go back and see the doctor from the hospital...so, almost 1 and a half years and I NEVER saw this doctor and I'm STILL having the same issues I was referred to her for. Don't waste your time, Dr. Greenbloom and her secretary don't care about the suffering people are going through. The worst service I've received in this province ever!!!

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment on a Monday but came down with Covid symptoms on the weekend so left a message on Sunday that needed to cancel my appointment due to being unwell. The secretary called me Monday furious that I wasn’t making my appointment and didn’t seem to Care that I was sick. She & the doctor were upset that I didn’t give them enough notice and said everyone is cancelling lady minute because of Covid.. I guess I should have asked COVID not to hit me up on Sunday before the appointment. When I asked to reschedule I was told “you should see another doctor”. Call me crazy, but This does not come across as a doctor who cares are their patients or that is professional.
