Have been seeing Dr Scott for10+ years. Very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Always does appropriate referrals if needed. Takes complaints seriously and gets on top of things as they happen. (Tests, etc) Rheanna her assistant is amazing, always kind and helpful and pleasant

I quit seeing Dr Scott about 3 years ago. She mixed me and my daughter up, me and a different patient up. She was always running late, I got into the habit of calling and asking how late she was running instead of if she was running late. I had a newborn and I didn’t want to wake a sleeping baby to hang out in a waiting room. At my baby’s 6 week appointment she quickly asked how I was doing and I said very hesitantly “okay I think” and we go rushed out the door. I learned to write down my questions/concerns so I can quickly say them before she rushed us out.

I will say that my husband still goes to her and he seems to flip flop on if he likes her or has confidence in her.

I think she has too many patients and wants to help lots of people but does a half ass job at helping anyone.

I have been a patient of Sheila's for
A very long time. I started to see her at Westbrook when she was still single with no children. I was happy to see her return to practice in Montgomery. I was one of her first patients at her new office. Sheila has been wonderful through the years. I feel I can talk to her about any medical concerns I have. She drove me to the hospital herself when I was at my lowest. I love her not only as my doctor but also a supportive ,& caring friend. Even when her patient load was full she took on my husband. He respects her opinion & listens to her advice. We feel truly blessed to have her as our GP
Her assistants are very friendly and empathetic.

I have been a patient of Dr .Scott for many years ,as was my mom. She is very professional and a great listener. To this day she still asks how things are without my Mom. Don't know what I will do if she retires. Sheila T
