My name is Gulnara Rustamova. Dr. Chahlavi performed a neck fusion surgery for me and I went home 2 hours after the surgery walking on my own 2 feet. Same day I was up and running and even driving like I did not have a surgery at all. Going back to him for lumber fusion. Great experience with Dr. Chahlavi and his stuff. I had disc surgery by Dr Chahlavi. My pain level prior to surgery was an eight. The day after surgery I was walking and nearly pain free! He had excellent bedside manner. His staff is fantastic. I recommend him 100%!

I had a spinal fusion in Aug 2016 and had to have additional surgery in Nov 2017. I felt so good after the first surgery within 2-3 months. The additional surgery - I still have mixed reactions. Not sure I should have has the 2nd surgery. I feel like I went backwards, but will give it the same 2-3 months and hope the end result is positive.

He is the neurosurgeon to go to in Jacksonville. My husband had surgery with him 2 weeeks ago abd is already in better shape than he’s been in for years! I highly recommend him for spine surgery.

My mother had back surgery with Dr. Chahlavi and he messed it up so badly that now other surgeons are unable to fix his mistakes. Buyer beware! He's a neurosurgeon and shouldnt be performing back surgeries to begin with.
