Dr Chahlavi is the best doctor I have ever seen. I had horrible back pain and leg pain. After the surgery, I got my life back. Without him , I would not have a good quality of life.
I am very thankful and I will recommend everyone to him.

I went thru a horrible experience when he did my back surgery. After over a year my pain and function are bad. He continues to say that I'm fine but I have been affected in my home and profesional life. He has a nice smile but he took away some of mine.

DrChahlavI is wonderful. When I first went to him I had one surgery done by another doctor. Dr Chahlava operated on me multiple times . I have referred family and friends to him . He is honest and up front . He verbally explains and shows you what he is planning for treatment of you. He truly cares. Love love love him.

Dr. Chahlavi is the BEST Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has the perfect bedside manner, he speaks to me in terms I can understand, and is just all around, a perfect doctor, if there ever was or could be. My spinal fusion went without a flaw. Most perfect surgery I have had! Surgery was December 23, 2013 and on the 24th & 25th I was cooking Christmas dinner, then on New Years Eve, I was cleaning floors; sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. The surgery, staff and everything about the whole Spine & Brain Center is awesome!

Dr. Chahlavi is the BEST. Saved my life in 2009 and is always concerned about how I am doing. He is up to date on the latest research and is the only doctor who has ever called me at home, to answer a question. When I have had problems he has his scheduler work me in for an appointment on short notice. Friendly office staff, also. Lisa, his scheduler is pleasant to speak with and returns calls promptly. Hope no one reading this ever has a brain tumor, but if you do. See Dr. Chahlavi!

He is an excellent neurosurgeon very good bedside nanner . Showed me my problems and repaired both cervical and lumbar areas. I now have 6 fused disks abback working in construction field with mild limitations.Thank you Dr Chahkavi.

I can't believe that this man is actually making money practicing medicine. He is so rude, condescending and arrogant. He treated my husband and I like we were beneath him and just pond scum! He was TWO HOURS behind and when he arrived he started in on 2 of his staff about calling for results on other patients and having an attraction to a drug rep! Then as if we weren't even there at all he starting checking and responding to text messages then checked his watch as if we were holding him up. Sorry doc, we only wanted to check your expertise on a simply thing called SPINE SURGERY! He had the audacity to talk down to us when we asked for details of the actual surgery then shoved consent forms to us as if to say "shut the hell up and sign here!" Needless to say he's not the doctor for us or anyone else for that matter. Apparently his assistant told him we opted not to have him do the surgery and called with a half cocked apology. Too little too late!
