Came here to see what others think of my longstanding neurologist. Shocked to see what appears to be the same reviewer writing over and over some nasty, dismissive and inappropriate comments. The truth comes out in the wash, as I could not be happier with the doctor who continues to provide care that allows me to live a normal life. Is anyone monitoring this web site?

Works well within a system, coordinating his care with my primary and other specialists. Also, I like how he gives me summaries after the visits. Staff is helpful, but not the best. Generally very pleased.

Worth the wait. Staff told me to make sure the records and X-rays on disc were available. This way he was able to answer my questions. Rather helpful.

Solid all around. Team approach in the office allows me see different neurology specialists for my primary issue and sleep-related issue. Dr. Klafter and his staff also coordinate this stuff with my primary. Great little system there.
Highly recommend.

He uses medical students to help out, and I like this. Perhaps not everyone's ideal situation, as this may delay the time from entrance to the office to the time that he see's you. By the time you leave, everything is handled well. VERY thorough. Definitely worth it each time I go.

I like his approach. He was not interested in being my friend, but rather helping me with my problem. So much better now.
When will other doctors realize that medicine is not a popularity contest, but about getting people better!

I like how he gives me a summary after each visit...and that is after answering all my questions. Please note that he teaches med students, but I personally like that due to his teaching the students and me. I actually learn a lot from him.
