Refused service when I needed it most. 5 year patient. I was told it was because I might have covid. The office later lied and claimed that wasn’t the reason.

Very disappointed. He charges my insurance and the.n stacked on all kinds of extras and required me to pay cash for them. He tries to sell you on supplements and other tests that he makes you pay cash for. He doesn’t listen and his staff is very rude and doesn’t speak English but has loud conversations in Spanish and ignores you when you have a question.

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Moreno and his PA's. We are new to the Spring Hil area. Dr. Moreno was highly recommended by another doctor (not a PCP). That in it self is all the words needed.

What a horrible experience with this doctors office. First impression is a poor run down tiny office with rude nasty office staff. No consideration for the patient at all. Stay away from these people. They are really bad.

I'm a believer in the value of holistic care, but also want traditional medical expertise. In this, Dr Moreno is a good find. But my experience so far has been disappointing overall. They are very helpful and accommodating when it comes to filling prescriptions and ordering lab work. They also process insurance effectively, as we should be able to expect.

However, Dr Moreno spent very little time with me as a new patient. I felt he was half listening, did not offer any substantial feedback, and seemed in a hurry, despite the fact that when I left, he also left for the day.

What really shattered my confidence was on my follow up visit to review lab work. The conversation immediately veered into a detox regimen he felt I should do, and supplements I should take. My radar was already detecting something that made me suspicious, and it now played out. The doctor prescribed a metabolic detox kit from Metagenics, which cost me $150.00. I later found the EXACT same kit on Amazon for $114.00... with free shipping. Next was a probiotic that was $35.00 for a fifteen day supply. I later discovered in fairly small print, that it was his own brand. I could easily gotten a high quality, proven probiotic from a local health food store for the same price, but for a sixty day supply. The last supplement also turned out to be a Dr. David Moreno brand. Maybe I'm a fool, but it seems to me that if a doctor is truly interested in my health, and they want to sell products to me, it should be at a cost at least equal to what I could by them for elsewhere.

The final straw was as I was checking out and paying. My bill had mushroomed from my $25.00 copay, to over $300.00. When I asked for a breakdown, I now learned the cost of the products, but it still didn't add up. I had to ask three times before I was told there was a $50.00 charge because we discussed nutritional treatment. MASSIVE RIP OFF. I was not told of this charge in advance, and this charge is nothing less than taking advantage of patients.

Dr. Moreno may care about his patients, I can't say. But he's certainly taking advantage of them financially, and to me that makes him a poor doctor.
