I didn't know what to expect with regards to medical care upon moving to Florida in January 2018. I am very fortunate to have been referred by my dermatologist to Dr. Abuzarad as my primary physician. I have found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable, eagerly sharing that knowledge with me as the patient as it pertains to my health. He seeks natural solutions whenever feasible, but will prescribe medications as necessary. I have also had the experience that he has changed his recommendations as time goes on, and as he learns more that affects his thoughts on treatment options. For this I am grateful -- having come from a medical environment myself, I appreciate the knowledge and the willingness to consider new and changing practices as they prove themselves.
He also has some neat gadgets, including one that reads EKGs from his iPhone. The techy in me appreciates that. :)
I have placed my faith in his discerning care of the only body that I will ever have. I repeat, I feel very fortunate to have stumbled onto this provider, and I feel I receive excellent medical care in my new found home in Florida.

Dr AbuZarad was my parents Dr when we came to Florida in 2010. We were so impressed with him that we became patients also. He is a very holistic man and keeping us healthy is his goal!
We try to follow his suggestions. I am always recommending him to friends!!
