This place encourages everything to be done over the phone or through sending emails and photos. They deny you service and practically refuse to see you, I have no clue what the purpose of the office is at this point. Constant guess work and brushing you off. Very insensitive and cold. Refuses specialist appointments and referrals. Christine, like everyone else is saying, is beyond rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. All around god awful experience here.

The person answering the phone Christine is rude and doesn’t do her job. When you need a prescription she doesn’t send them in. I have to phone back and she says she sent it but she’ll resend it then my pharmacy gets it right away.

My family has been going to her office for at least 10 years or so now. Her new administration team is very rude and sometimes even forgets to send prescriptions to pharmacies, even if they are urgent. She refuses to send patients to specialists for certain issues and tries to only use her resources.

Ditto the previous comment. Exactly the same behaviour from Christine the “administrator “ . The phone message says the call will be ended if there is any rudeness or aggression. It is Christine who is rude and aggressive in manner.
No complaints about Dr Blew or NP Maryann. They are always helpful and respectful. The office deserves better than Christine as the first contact with patients.

Christine is the RUDEST person I’ve ever met, she is LOUD, she speaks over the patient, she doesn’t allow you to finish talking , she is talking while you are trying to talk as if she doesn’t want to hear what you have to say, she hangs up the phone by slamming it before you even get a chance to finish say what you’re calling about , she has no manners and therefore shouldn’t be working at the front desk. She is not helpful, and needs to be trained on how to handle patients concerns. It’s not ok for her to be So abrupt and dismissive , that behaviour towards patients should not be tolerated.
I have no problem with Dr Blew or Mary Anne.

Dr. Blew tried to get me a young mom to give my kids up to CAS as I complained about the stresses of 3 small children and a deceased spouse. She was uncompassionate and the rudest person I ever met. Innstead of offering a listening ear she told me to give my kids up. Who does that??? If you are ayoung parent RUN don't walk from her!!!

I went here to get an IUD inserted after about ten minutes of being stabbed in the uterus I'm told that the IUD "won't fit" and I can go to a gynocologist if I want. The IUD is then thrown out and I'm now out 400$. I was crying and scared as I have severe anxiety and the doctor didn't even offer any support or reassurance. I was also not made aware that failure to insert the IUD was possible and that my IUD would have to be thrown away if they couldn't get it in. Do yourself a favour and just go to a gynocologist, the only thing this office is professional at is wasting your time and money.

Latest visit was via phone due to Covid. Myself am not comfortable but Dr Blew was great Called bit early. She addressed my concerns, elaborated where needed. Booked me for ultrasound that I asked for checked records to make sure I was up to date with tests needed. Renewed meds etc No complaints. Her staff was also very good. New woman booking apointments and answering my emails was nothing but professional and polite. Saw NP Mary Anne the week before, she is a star. Excellent and very thorough. Great to talk to.
