Dr. McCulloch is absolutely Amazing. He preformed both eyes with YAG Laser on my cataracts. My vision is so clear. It went exactly as he said it would; painless during and after the procedure, quick and no down time or meds needed. His staff nurse was excellent and very pleasant. Dr. Mc Culloch has the highest degree of expertise and the Porsche of equipment (the very best and expensive). I am so glad he did not cut corners on his equipment. He is happy to share what to expect and how YAG works and the steps he will be doing. Constantly assured me, I had confidence in his surgery for my eyes and left very happy. No pain and instant results. Amazing how more surgery is not required, just this little procedure and your good as new again. I highly recommend Dr. McCulloch and his staff. I am so grateful to have him as my eye surgeon. Carol Hartman

I had both my cataracts removed and a new everlasting lense on BOTH eyes. I’m so very pleased and happy w both the procedure and all physicians. Dr Mc Culloch was especially knowledgeable and proficient . I can see at 20/20 vision and read very tiny print . My age 80 . It’s life changing for me .

Went to meet with "the best Dr in the practice" this month. I had to travel over 150 mi one way, to see Dr Robert McCulloch. 4 people told me I would be fine to drive right back home; from the scheduler, receptionist, tech, Eric, and the Dr. I was totally incapable of driving. And in the notes, which I received when I left, clearly were fictitious when they stated, "Patient counseled about blurry vision & problems driving after Dilation". I asked all 4 people BEFORE I received drops about this. The Dr visit itself was rushed, no pictures, plastic models to view where the eye parts are, especially the retina. Could not even show me an image online. Too busy. This Dr was dismissive, arrogant, and couldn't rush me fast enough to get to the next patient. I get that Medicare does not pay much, but deal with it or don't schedule Medicare recipients. I was there to get info on a 2019 cataract removal and lens done, and blurry vision since then, starting 6 months after. My left eye has a cataract, but this Dr said its not ready for removal for 1 more yr. 3 other Dr's disagree.
One of the nicest people there was Hailey, a receptionist. I did speak to her again aft visit, and got transferred to Ofc Mgr, left VM, never called back. Also left msg for Eric the tech, never called back. I think one week is sufficient time to wait for call back.
Don't know about anyone else at this practice but McCulloch left a very bad Experience for the business, and any referrals made by this Dr.

Dr. McCullough didn't give me the answers I was looking for regarding my cornea disease. I needed to be reassured, needed questions answered and got neither. When a doctor tells you "to google" when you ask a question or tells you not to concern yourself with "all the letters" (this was regarding a question on type of cornea transplant surgery) . He said we'll discuss it next time. Well for obvious reasons there will be no next time.

He told me over the telephone that I had a migraine headache when I had iritis and that it could not be from the YAG laser procedure that I had. If I hadn't insisted on being seen I might be blind in one eye today. As it is, the sight in that eye is greatly diminished in the dark.
