The most rude medical professional I have met. Dr. Brems, implanted the wrong lens during cataract surgery, did lasik to correct it, still need glasses, so he writes a presription based on "Physics" without a proper eye exam, and tells me fill it elswhere. Terrible communication and lack of general compassion and care.

Dr. Brems seems to know what he is doing professionally, but lacks personality and compassion. He doesn't say hello and waits for you to ask questions. He has good answers when you ask the right questions. His social skills with people need work. Good surgeon, not so good with communication. If you want the whole package, go elswhere.

Staff is very cold and uncaring, at least at the Scottsdale location. Completely unhelpful. Brems behaves as if he is going through the motions and you're bothering him--rude and unprofessional. I took my prescription elsewhere so I didn't provide this doctor with any more of my money. How do these types of doctors stay in business?

Staff was very cold and unfriendly. After 1st exam they sent me on my way with a prescription for new glasses. They failed to provide any guidance about the dilation of my eyes. First time for me, and it was quite painful when I walked outside. Staff was even colder the second time when I came to have my new glasses checked out. I made the second appointment because I could see better with my old broken ones. Gave me a new prescription with minor changes and sent me on my way without any explanation and without cleaning any of the glasses they had marked up. I am going to a second Dr. tomorrow due to my lack of trust of this Dr's ability or concern.

Wrong lens implanted during surgery. No apology given. I'm still having problems with my eyes so I'm now looking for another doctor.
