Beneath the pleasant demeanor, there exists an impatient, violent-tempered man who cares not to organize his office to benefit the patient. Patients may have to repetitively ask questions in order to receive an adequate answer from poorly trained staff. Chiropractor does not possess altruism nor sympathy in regards to the strife of his patients, and does not explain in detail certain processes of his office. Patients are left in the dark, and are left to question a receptionist lacking proper communication skills. The chiropractor is friendly man if not questioned about the validity of the methods the office employs. General treatment between the Ajo location and Wilmot locations are very different. Younger, less affluent clients are treated differently in comparison to some of the older patients. Chiropractor appeared at first to be very helpful; however, it is very sad to see he is no different from any other businessman.
