I went in on a Friday late afternoon (4:30pm). I waited only 3 minutes or so. Front Desk: Very welcoming and great customer service. Doctor: Had my neck and back adjusted. Also, at the last minute, per my request, Dr. worked on my TMJ. The doctor was very polite and informative. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I would definitely be back again. I was in so much neck strain but walked out feeling so much better. I slept so well that night. Thanks for everything!

it was great just to walk in and have an adjustment no long waits very open environment my family and parents have also been to this office. Doctor very friendly, front desk very friendly felt very comfortable there. the only suggest Chen IC changing would be to spend just a little more time on checking the body for issues and problemsand have a table where you can lay down and have your back rolled on automatically to relax you before the adjustment. the price is great I would highly recommend you.

i had a very satisfactory first visit to the joint !! the convenience of walk-in adjustments, as needed, is appreciated. the front desk person was pleasant and helpful. the doctor's adjusting technique was expertly applied. as an unexpected bonus ~ he was aware of the concerns and needs of persons with my specific set of health challenges and accommodation was readily available in the office; very impressed and pleased with that aspect alone. i signed right up for the monthly premium wellness package. excellent value and service. thanks !!

The staff is always wonderful. The front desk is always friendly and greet you when you enter. The doctors take their time and adjust methods to fit the types of movement you can handle. About 3 weeks ago my disc slipped. I was in so much pain and couldn't do anything but lay down in my side. After a week of treatment I was up and moving. I'm not always the easiest person to treat and this time was no exception. My muscles were in a constant state of spasm making the adjustments very difficult. I'm amazed at how mobile I am so soon after this incident.

I am a runner and went in with some grinding in my neck and some hip issues and after two visits my neck was great and he was also able to get my hip back to normal and back on the road running!

Dr. Molden did an amazing job of listening before he very methodically diagnosed what was causing my neck and hand pain. His approach was different than any Chiropractor I have gone to in the past 20 years, and felt more like Sports Medicine. Dr. Molden asked lots of questions and listened attentively to the answers. I was especially pleased that he gave me at-home exercises to do in between appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Molden for patients of all ages. BHorne, Katy, Texas

I was very happy with the visit. He gave me a lot of information about my condition and took the time to answer my questions. My largest complaint is the traffic trying to get to his office. 5 out of 5!
