Dr Ando did a procedure on me that I had a reaction to. I called his office who took more than 3 hrs to call back. By then I was in the ER. When they did call they blamed my reaction on sedation, which I never had. I have had so many other problems with this practice to mention here. Do not go to him or Valley Pain!

I fired him for failure to acknowledge an allergic reaction to a med he prescribed which resulted in my having to go to the ER.
