I would not recommend anyone go here. It was a waste of my time and money. I was told many times it takes up to 3 months to get surgery set up with the dr writing the ins co a letter and after 2 months I contacted my ins co only to find out they had not been billed for my initial office visit, my ultrasound nor had they received a letter about surgery. No wonder it takes forever when you don't send in a request for a couple of month. When a person is in extreme pain they get tired of being put off. So after being told conflicting things about my leg I got fed up and requested my records which were messed up and showed me as asian which I am not and I was told I can't get a copy of my ultrasound I paid for because the machine doesn't make a disc copy. If I had known I would not be able to get a copy of the ultrasound I would not have agreed to have it in the office. I wondered why they said I had to have it there and could not have it at the hospital. The nurse that did the ultrasound was not nice and told me it was phlebitis after the dr. said it was a varicose vein that was hardening. After I went back to get my records I asked him about the ultrasound and he said it showed a blood clot but it wasn't one that was in danger of breaking off but I have no record of it cause I can't get my ultrasound. This experience was not only a waste of my time and money but caused me more pain and frustration that I did not need .
