phone messages needs some improvement very confusing and lots of run around . should get tro the point thank you

Tried to call to postpone an appointment and got the message that they were a very busy clinic, just let the phone ring until they can answer it. [!?] Rang for 40 minutes til 5 minutes after closing time. Hung up, called again: "Our office is now closed". [##!?] Wow. Decided to stick with the booked appointment, returned from being off-grid in BC especially for this appointment and got a phone message that they'd cancelled the appointment because I hadn't confirmed I'd be there. Called. "Press 5 to speak to reception". "Key is not valid". Tried again. Got through. Told the receptionist about the Press 5 problem. Was corrected. No, it says press 4. Get the story about no shows, offers me a rebooking weeks later when I'm out of the country. At this point all the on-line complaints about unprofessional office and clinical practices reach the critical mass and I bail, breathing a sigh of relief that my ordeal is over before the ordeal of lateness and overcrowding could begin. Seriously, hire a specialist to run some diagnostics and suggest ways to fix this unprofessional and troubled practice.

This clinic is amazing. YES it's super busy, but that's because this dr is great! He knows his stuff. He knows feet and skin very well. He helped me with a 2nd degree burn when I would have had to wait to get into the burn clinic. The staff is unbelievably patient and caring. This clinic deals with some yucky stuff yet I see the girls all chatting and not batting an eye at the job in front of them. If you are going to this dr to chat, you've come to the wrong place. Dr Nesbit is like an efficient knowledge machine, yes, he slides from one person to the next and there isn't much privacy in the clinic and it is full of people with chronic issues, BUT I keep going back because the staff is amazing and this man KNOWS his stuff, and then some! I have past an hour before, and I have also pretty much walked in. Depends on the day, just know that you are getting a good dr when you get to see him!

I was referred to Dr. Nesbitt for a chronic problem with my feet and after seeing him I am hopeful that someone can help me. After filling in the initial paperwork, I didn’t even have time to sit down - I was immediately taken to the examination room. Dr. Nesbitt spent at least 1/2 hour asking questions and telling what my problems are. I am so happy that I was referred to him!

Staff are terrible unfriendly. You just have to call the office to see what hoops and make you jump through and how unfriendly it comes off as. Actually stating that you will not return voicemails shows a severe lack good patient relationship! I was referred to them but will definitely be looking for new podiatrist.

Have to completely agree with previous comments "Worst dr i have seen in my life. No respect for patients time. Takes 6 months to get an appointment and he tries to finish in 5 minutes. Also he insists that you use his particular medical supply shop and makes you wait 1 hour without any hint of apology." He had no interest in even telling me what was wrong with my feet, but just to get into a sensible shoe with an orhtotic. Also, proceeded to tell me that I have an extra bone in one foot with no further explanation. He basically had his hand on the door to exit the room with no regard to answer some of my questions. Clearly his 5 min with me was running out!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!

Great doctor, horrible punctuality (long wait times for patients because of over-booking), and not great office conditions.

Marvelous, knowledgeable doctor & nurses and friendly competent staff. I wavered over the punctuality rating as, yes, sometimes there are waits, especially on Mondays & Thursdays, but if it means people on the wait list get in for treatment faster, that's okay with me. Take a book or paper to read just in case. Dr. Nesbitt quickly started my wound healing. He's always pleasant & caring, but not chatty. The nurses are friendly & very competent. Front office staff are good too.

He has an assembly line, books every one for 9:45 AM then you have to wait up to 1.5 hours. There is a reason for booking appointments his is that he makes the most money in a day! I sat there and watched all patients were taken in the order they walked through the door. My second visit he was not there and the doctor on call came by the table i was sitting on after an hour and quarter, glanced at the sore, and said it was ok and i could leave.
