I have seen Dr. Jamil since I was pregnant with my first child. He is now 22 years old. She was amazing!!! Until recently, I had a back injury in June 2022 I have been following up with her since. In Nov. 2022 had another occupancy with my back, which has left me in a lot of pain and having difficulties with daily tasks. In Feb 2023 she took me off work. I’ve been following up with her. I seen on of her colleagues as Dr. Jamil was not available as I was having worse pain. She did nothing sat in her chair and listened to a couple symptoms and said there’s nothing she can do. I asked no other tests or anything to see if it’s something else? She said nope I just gotta live with the pain. So discouraged to go back as I was not getting anywhere with Dr. Jamil either she just kept saying proper posture and exercises. Which I kept saying I was doing her response always sounding like I don’t do these things. So now Oct 2023 I went to follow up as my pain is still there 24/7 and no relief. She seemed to be listening and seemed like she cared. She was going to make the next steps. So I thought! I went back yesterday may goodness totally different person back to her rude cranky self. She said she never said she would give me a doctors note which is why I this appt was cause I never got the note after the last appt. I also forgot so my bad. And she was sending me for a shot for pain relief. She said she never said that and that she thinks I need a psychologist it’s all in my head!!! So because I disagree with this and won’t go to the psychologist she will no longer see me as a patient. Am no longer aloud to book appts and she made sure reception knew. Now as she sat there putting me down I was doing breathing exercises to not get upset. I have been there approx. 10-12 times in the last year and only once left with no anxiety. Every other visit my anxiety is through the roof. She also is pushing antidepressants which she original told me was to help sleep through the pain. Only time I think I needed them was before my appts. Otherwise I manage my anxiety well. She was my depression!!!!!!!

I am very pleased having Dr. Jamil as our doctor. She is professional, courteous and very helpful. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful as well. I would recommend her to a friend or family member. J

I appreciate her direct approach and she appreciates that I just get to the point; I don't need my hand held, I need a physician who can determine my required level of care and the treatment necessary. She provides caring, informative, and supportive sessions while directing me to specialists to gather timely medical baseline information so that she can have an overall understanding of my health and any changes to it.

Went to her with a couple issues, ignored everything I was saying and ended the appointment. Litterly got nothing out of it. Waste of time

Worst Dr, I’ve ever come into contact with. Unfortunately I was pushed onto her when dr shenouda ( who delivered me) retired. Dr Jamil upon the first visit wouldn’t fill medications I had been on for years to the same dosages, would miss refills , wouldn’t answer the phone, or would cancel the day off. I don’t know how she even is allowed to practice medicine, she does way more harm then anything

Very disrespectful and can not listen to patients problems she just wants to quickly get the appointment over with. She wants that patient don't intrupt her between appointment . No respect for humanity.

Doctor was questioning why I didn’t book in person appointment and when I tried explaining her I requested one to receptionist but they told me she’s not in doing in person appointment, so that’s why I was denied then she hung up on the call abruptly. Did not want to listen to what I had to say or make referral for me. The full length of communication was exactly one minute.
