She’s the worst doctor I’ve ever met. Dr shenouda was wrong to leave it to her. I’ve talked to several other patients of her and it’s always the same and seeing I’m not alone in this. She constantly forgets to fax my med refills. Reception isn’t helpful. Like my health depends on my medication and she doesn’t care at all whether people are healthy as long as she gets her pay check. And she’s changed my prescriptions without notification only to find out from the pharmacy. Like she likes to play games with peoples lives. Should be banned from having any health practices. Most useless doctor I’ve ever met.

Jamil took over for my family doctor who retired, if I had known what a nightmare she would end up being, I would have immediately gone searching for a new doctor. She ended up being the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. I thought the first few times I saw her and she had no idea who I was or why I was there was just because she didn't know the patients well yet but that continued until the day I stopped seeing her. She never returned phone calls, sent me for the wrong type of tests and argued with me when I corrected her on what I actually needed tested. After over a month of calling and waiting for a call back, I only got test results when I caught her answering the phone herself and begged for something to help the awful pain I was in. On my last visit with her, I tried to tell her how awful I felt she had been treating me, she told me I was wrong, she had told me my results (leaving out that it took her months to ever look at them) and I just wasn't listening to her.

I am extremely disappointed that Dr. Shenouda gave his practice to her. Save yourself the mistreatment and misery that comes with seeing Dr. Jamil, find a different doctor!

Dr. Jamil has been my doctor for as long as I can remember. She has helped me with every and any concern I have had. Her diagnosis' each time have been spot on too. During Covid-19, she has been working from home and has been doing phone consultations. I wasn't feeling very well a couple of weeks ago and was so paranoid that I had corona. She calmed me down and was able to help me realize that I was having really bad allergies that caused my asthma to flare up. With my puffers and allergy medication, I started feeling better within a few days :)

Whenever I saw her in person, if there was ever a wait time, I came to realize it was because she was spending enough time with each patient, rather than pushing them out and trying to see as many patients in a day as possible. To her, it wasn't about the amount of patients she saw in a day, it was about making sure she provided the best care she could. She has been working for many many years and her experience is incredible. I'm sad that she has retired from doing deliveries but we will continue to see her as our family doctor!

She was a very helpful family doctor. She was always available to take our calls. She's very punctual and I've never had a better experience with a physician in my life!

I called today because she is listed as taking new patients on the SHR website. She did not identify herself when
She answered the phone and when i asked i had reached the doctors office...she wanted to know why i was
Calling.....i said i was calling from out of province and was looking for a doctor for my elderly mother and she was listed as taking new patients. She said there must be a mistake and she is not taking new patients even though
She is listed as doing so...i found her to be rude. She explained that lots of doctors were retiring because of covid19 and not being appreciated for putting their lives on the line. From the comments below it looks like this doctor should retire as well.
