I showed up to the appointment 15 minutes early and the place was dirty, dingy and smelled of the nurses' lunch. Waited 45 minutes for Dr. Garcia to show up. When he showed up, he wasn't dressed up for work. He didn't introduce himself. He was very difficult to understand. I was had stomach pain and he wouldn't prescribe me any medicine or tests. He didn't offer any help. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I left that office immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! WORST DOCTOR EVER

I have had to wait quite long for appointments after arriving in his office, probably because he has many patients. It is difficult to understand Dr. Garcia because of his heavy accent. Many times I have no idea what he has just said, as he talks quite fast. I think he is very knowledgable, but has difficulty putting it into laymen's terms. I have not completed my visits & possible treatment with him, so cannot say how I would rate him when this issue is resolved.
