Dr. Davies has been taking care of me for a few years and has single-handedly given me a better quality of life. As someone with Crohn’s disease, a lot of complications come with the illness, and can easily compound with other issues. I was suffering for so long until I met her. Not only does she give great care as a physician, she makes sure to get proper screenings that I haven’t received in the past. She works closely with her team in order to ensure that her patients get the most comprehensive care, and that they have an opportunity to get their lives back! I wouldn’t be at the level of wellness that I am now if it weren’t for her taking care of me. She is an exceptional specialist and I’d recommend anyone to her with GI issues.

I'd like to recommend Dr. Yinka K. Davies, MD because she is the only doctor that has solved my problem. Dr. Davies is a very serious and thoughtful pediatric GI specialist! I was having a problem with my digestive system for over two years. My physician was doing a lot of lab works to see what was the problem but she never had any results. She treated me with a lot of antibiotics that never helped me but only made everything worse. After that, I turned to Dr. Davies with a stomach ache. She handled my problem with a lot of care and patience. After the first appointment she immediately sent me to do a lot of lab works and after that, she referred me to perform colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures in Sutter Hospital to see what was the actual problem. When I arrived at the hospital I was very nervous because it was the first time that I would be doing such procedures. In the hospital, all the nurses and Dr. Davies herself treated me very kindly and warm. The procedure itself was absolutely painless and very fast (20 min - that's what my parents told me when I woke up). And I didn't feel anything because I was under anesthesia. After a rigorous research of Dr. Davies, she found out that I have an H. pylori infection. To treat this infection, Dr. Davies prescribed me antibacterial medication and the right diet. Today, I'm feeling great and I can eat almost anything, I don't have any pain in my stomach anymore, I only reduced dairy products for a little bit and I keep taking Visbiome probiotics because Dr. Davies suggested it to me.
I'm so happy that I have found someone who finally solved my problem! I'm very grateful to Dr. Yinka K. Davies from the bottom of my heart for all her hard work that we passed through together!

I felt very unsatisfied with my first Consultation about my daughter, as a parent I have concerns and I have questions that were not.answered because she was rushing me and did not even check my daughter only asked me a.few questions walked away.and let.us waiting for her while she was on the phone regarding another patient. I felt.like she didn't care about the.situation at all, I had.to.ask the.assistants that were just sitting there not doing anything. I was never dismissed.and I drove an hour to go get dissapointed .I already moved.to.another dr. if someone.has no.care.for their patients than they shouldnt be doctors and.they shouldnt be taking our money.....

Very frustrating to deal with overall. Had to chase her and her staff down for things to get ordered, follow through after testing was awful...impossible to get results, or a straight answer. It shouldn't be this hard to get consistent care.

Extremely disappointed with our visits. Only ran tests when we pressured her to. Poor follow up. In addition we were misbilled and ignored. No one from the office returns calls and when I spoke with the insurance company they confirmed that dealing with her office was a nightmare. When I finally confronted the doctor with the issues she became verbally aggressive and blamed my child for generating too much paperwork. Then proceeded to complain about how complicated everything with our case was without letting me get a word in edgewise. I agree with those who have had difficulties in dealing with her and her office. It seems her office is undertrained and this was confirmed by the insurance company and several medical groups I have spoken with.

Dr. Davies is an outstanding doctor who has helped my daughter for the past 6 years when she was first diagnosed with Crohns. She has not only been a wonderful support system for her but for us, her parents. She also takes the time to educate her on proper nutrition to continue keeping her body healthy. I highly recommend her to anyone who has a child with any GI issues. She cares about her patients and I'm so glad she's my daughter's specialist. Thank you Dr. Davies!

Dr. Davies. I definitely recommend Dr. Davies. My kid has still his colon thanks to her. We've seen her for 11 years when Kevin was 9 years old in a terrified moment. over the years, she has shown compassion, kindness, a total positive attitude and an outstanding knowledge in her field. my kid comes from a history of tube feeding, and to see this week pictures of his colonoscopy without signs of inflammation. All I can says is: Thanks Dr. Davies, you are the best!!!!

I would recommend Dr. Davies without any hesitation. When no one could figure out what was wrong with my daughter, she went above and beyond what any other doctor would do to figure out the solution. She called me every single day to ask how she was doing. She made sure my daughter had the medications she needed even when our insurance wouldn't cover it. My daughter was suffering in so much pain and the only doctor that made a difference for her was Dr. Davies. She changed my daughters life. I am forever grateful to her.
