I have seen dr voll 4 times now- 3 of those visits were HORRIBLE! He interrupts you, does not listen to your concerns. Brushes off your complaints and will not investigate anything.
He confused me with other patients multiple times. He left my chart open when he was seeing other patients- charted a whole bunch of mis information- completely wrong symptoms etc. He is verbally abusive and when you ask him too many questions he gets rough and MEAN! I have left the room fighting tears more than once. Extremely frustrating how people wait a year to see a specialist who turns out to be rude.
I had one good visit with him- he was happy, greeted me with a smile and answered my questions. I think the positive reviews must have caught him on an odd good day!

He seemed to be very polite, quick & efficient as this was my initial appointment with him. He did a thorough examination and has ordered an ECG & MRI and said he would be in touch with me with the findings, which could be about 3 months or so.

I read Dr. Voll's reviews and was not sure I should keep my appointment. I had waited 5 months and am very glad there was a cancellation and I got to see him. He was one of the nicest Doctors I have ever seen, very polite ,professional ,efficient & knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had seen Dr. Selk who then referred me to Dr. Voll. He was thorough and very quickly I had the results of the MRI and was given a referral to a brain surgeon. He then recommended a physio who deals with vertigo. This was all within a couple of weeks

Yes like everyone praising his the one I knew also, July 10,2023,I was totally shocked, I had booked wheelchair taxi night before, I knew how important this appointment was we waited for long time to get results for my daughter Tina Davey Ratt, wheelchair had accidents almost 37yr at the end of this year,her right side has gone back to almost beginning, well taxi didn't show up so had to take her in my rav4, put manual wheelchair in back and transferred her to vehicle, we got there 905am,by the time his receptionist came was 910am,to tell us that he was not gonna see us,I asked well can we have the last 20 minute, she said she was sorry but no,so I asked for copy of report first she said no,then I reminded her she said we could have copy,so I got the copy,and went to family Dr the next day, Dr voll office said I never came,I said to Dr why do I have copy,of the report, by then I was so upset, I hate liars, so now we have to wait for another neurologist so we can get proper results, in my book, he has totally failed as a Dr and a human being, her last name is Ratt, so I believe he was using wheelchair and last name

This appointment was just over 2 years ago but after finding out my spouse was misdiagnosed on top of the terrible treatment we received in the office i had to put in this review. Started with his staff refusing to allow me, his spouse, to go into the appointment with him. We explained why this was needed. Then the staff realized my husband could not fill out the forms or answer the questions as we had explained. They wanted me to do it. I then refused and said they could assist him with the forms as I was not allowed to be in the room with him even though i was needed there. They did not fill out the forms. So then Dr.Voll was angry at my husband and angrier yet when he couldnt answer the questions etc. After not doing any sort of assessment he medicated my husband(at a very high dose we have learned) with a medication that was not at all useful for what he actually had. Absolutly no follow up was ever done. I would avoid this Dr and his office at all costs. If I could give zero stars that is what i would have given.

Extremely knowledgeable, prompt to the point and clear concise to the point.
When booking his staff calls back, is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

This guy is abusive. No bedside manner and a serious God complex. Not only does he not talk to patients to tell them what is going on, he verbally berates them, and can even be physically abusive. To top it all off he is lazy with next to no testing or follow through. Get a second opinion and find a different neurologist.
