I haven't had my appointment with Dr. Voll yet, but his receptionist is unbelievably rude. She can hardly speak to a person and acts like she is extremely annoyed with simply doing her job.

Saw him multiple times before I switched to a new neurologist. Very rude, won’t answer questions, and missed an aneurism and a brain cyst.

I have been his patient for two separate occasions he diagnosed a cyst in an inoperable area of my brain and when the cyst burst on his own claimed it was never there at a later date I saw him for migraines he was insistent about taking me off all of my pain medication for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis among other issues and putting me on a migraine medication for a headache that was diagnosed as being caused by a damaged nerve in my neck at the base of my skull and TMJ. I wouldn’t go to see him again if he was the only doctor in the province

I was referred to Dr. Voll and was hesitant on going to see him because of some of the negative reviews. I found him to be very personable and very kind. He did a thorough exam on me. He showed me a picture of my skull. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis and explained the procedure he could do to eliminate the pain. After two years of chronic pain I finally felt hopeful. He is a wonderful empathetic Dr.

I am so incredibly confused by these reviews. He was so extremely kind, professional and understanding. Seriously, I am wondering if there are 2 doctors with the same name.
The appointment was extremely thorough and he presented a lot of information. He was very professional but even had us laughing a few times. Which isn't easy after a difficult diagnosis. He is clearly brilliant. Admittedly, I am a sensitive person and was worried about these reviews but came out extremely thankful to be referred to him.

I think it depends on the day that you see Dr. Voll on what kind of care you get. The first time I saw him he said I definitely had migraines and offered all sorts of things to help me. The next time I saw him he said I don't have migraines and there are not any options for me. Kind of confusing. Nice guy, but maybe a bit scattered?

He educated me on the chronic headaches I am experiencing and his explanation made me feel more at ease. He reassured me that there are plenty of treatment options to try. I feel supported and safe in his care.
